Went to Mall of Africa, Microwave I wanted not in stock. Went home and onto the web site. Would not let me register. Called call centre and asked for them to call me back. No call back
I was called by fnb on Thursday in relation to my complaint. After exchange of information I was informed that I would be contacted the same day. Silence
Called to get information one hour ago. No reply
Sitting at booth, agent has been on phone to help desk for 20 minutes, no answer
Cell C dropped my 4G. Pleenty data left. Tried doing the data roaming with Vodacom. Did not work. Been on the phone to customer care a total of 1hr 13 mins. Given up. Guess who will not be getting a renewal
Tried to register for 5 year warranty. No confirmation email received. Called 2 days ago and the service department said that they would send an email to the responsible person. Called again today. Eventually got through to the Service Call Centre Manager. I insisted that I go through to the service manager or IT Manager. He put the phone down on me
Made 2 calls to the call center and 1 email to enquire the maximum value purchase to obtain the Senior Citizen Savings discount of 10%. No reply from any of them
