Reliability has improved! Thanks to Zanele and Johannes for the great support. My only complaint is the backup battery life during power outages, it doesn't even last an hour. I’d also like to see them offer UPS deals to customers like other ISPs do.

I placed an order for a fiber connection with Xtend/NetX three months ago. Initially, I thought my request hadn’t gone through and attempted to re-order, only to find out that my application had already been submitted. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times via email without any response. When calling, I was advised the request is “with the Fiber Planning Manager” — this has been the case for the past three months, with repeated promises of a call back that never materializes. I also tried going through one of their ISP partners, but was informed that they cannot assist until Xtend/NetX finalizes their part. Unfortunately, this has left me with no clarity or progress after months of waiting.

Good customer service received from Motsamai at Ennerdale Cashbuild. He is very knowledge and goes a step further to help.
Great services received from Sinovuyo. Other service providers took a while to blacklist. She did it in less than 10 minutes. Brought my confidence back in MTN
Pathetic service from LG. I have followed up a number of times now, they have sent out a technician 4 times already. I purchased a TV from Game stores. Each and every single content on TV is blurry. The image quality is just a disgrace, I even swapped out decoders, thinking it’s my decoder
They are very convenient. My mother has household insurance through Woolworths which partnered with Auto and general. The Woolworths consultant, Mishka’s (not so sure about the name) customer service was amazing. Their Twitter account is also very responsive and helpful. This was our first claim which was concluded in about a week I was very sceptical with their contractor Assesstech as there was a number of complaints on Hellopeter. But Lucky and Walter was very professional
Horrible services that I've experienced thus far, I've been a customer for close to 5 years now. It's the second day now and I am still waiting on my order. The call center agents just transfers my calls while speaking, very disrespectful. The location manager in Lenasia South doesn't even seem to communicate properly, no telephone etiquette. There's no answer now at Lenasia South after a number of calls. I've informed a number of call centre agents; Richard, Sipho, Cynthia, Zanela, Derick, etc
