refuse to change debit date that was agreed on bad customer service
unable to assist in clearing my name but took my money with assuring me my name would be cleared from debt review until today no word from them
for the last 3 months rain has become unbearable no connection for long periods during the day you get speeds from 2MB when you pay for a 100MB line no response from customer service when you log a call
just want to thank rain for keeping the family happy in this trying times
been two weeks struggling with Telkom they are unable to fix connectivity issues they say that have fixed my issue but I am still not able to connect to the 4G network because there is no 4G network only network we have is telkom2G and Telkom4G after complaining and receiving this ref number 34894014 I received a sms yesterday issue resolved but no one called me nor did they send out techs to come and look at the problem fine and well it shows on your system(Telkom) 4G but we don't have 4G in the area so would you please assist
