Poor Service and Quality Issues at McDonald's Berea and Springfield Branches I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the consistently poor service and meal quality at your Berea and Springfield branches. Despite being a loyal customer, my experiences have been marred by subpar food and unacceptable issues with Happy Meal toys. The recurring problems include: - Serving cold, stale food that falls short of the expected standards - Inconsistent and unreliable provision of Happy Meal toys - Lack of attention to customer complaints and concerns I have previously sent two emails, but it has been three weeks and I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution. This lack of response is unacceptable and only exacerbates the issue. As a prominent franchise, McDonald's should strive for excellence in customer service and food quality. I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. I request a prompt response within the next 48 hours, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Sincerely, SM
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Rewardsco . I was sold a device that doesn't work as promised, and despite numerous attempts to seek help, no one has been able to resolve the issue. The sales process was misleading, with a "plug and play" promise that has proven to be false. After countless calls to the call center, I've been met with excuses and a lack of accountability. The representatives I've spoken with have been unable to provide a solution or take ownership of the problem. It's clear that there's a lack of training and effective communication within the company. I'm frustrated and disappointed in the level of service I've received. Rewardsco and MTN needs to improve their customer service and ensure that their products work as promised. Until then, I would caution others against making a purchase. Rating: 1/5 stars
My husband recently signed up for an MTN data contract through telesales, which was presented as a straightforward 'plug and play' process. However, five days later, after two visits to the MTN store and numerous calls to the call center, we still do not have data at home. Despite speaking with several representatives, including Yonelo, Robin, Agnes, Ntalo Manganyi, and others whose calls were dropped while assisting us, none of them were able to resolve the issue. We have been given various excuses, including that the device was not properly RICA'd, the sale was not finalized, and the SIM card was not activated correctly. What is going on, MTN? Why can't you seem to fulfill a simple request?"
I went to checkers Overport today and I found the cashier (Nhipho) and front desk cash clerk (Nomfundo) to be both rude and unfriendly... I lost my checkers Xsavings card I asked if I could use my ID and she says " the systems are not working it's best to barrow someone else's" I then asked for a new card she again says "it is best to barrow a card from someone" i then emphasized I want a replacement card she then calls Nomfundo who should never be a supervisor she certainly has no customer service skills. The 2 employees then communicate in a language that I cannot understand... This made me feel very uncomfortable as I could see in the tone this is now an inconvenience for them as the till could not give me a replacement card... She then calls me to another till, I ask Nomfundo will this be long as I am in a hurry she does not respond completely ignores me.. I ask again again she ignores me again.. I then say to her I am the customer and she should not be ignoring me, finally she responds in an attitude.. I will not go in Checkers Overport again there are many retail stores in the area to chose from Checkers you have lost a valuable customer .
My husband app**** for a black friday deal with mtn and i still have not received my phone??? I understand that may have been a busy period but really now this long! Mtn do you not need the business?? Your customers can get what you offering at another network.. Sometimes its not about the price its about the customer service!!!! How long does it take to process an application????
Terrible experience... 2nd in the queue and took forever... 15 min to get fuel... Permanent go slow!!!!! No manager, managing. Pathetic service will never go back there.
I went into pick n pay musgrave during lunch just to get a few items so i decided to get some some fresh chips for lunch... When i got to the deli i found 4 deli ladies having a conversation while i stood there waiting to be served, then to find out there's no chips and they haven't even started frying a new batch i was told to come back after 8 mins.. When i got back that's the time they started to fry the chips i was then told to wait another 6 minutes. Guys you should learn from spar especially their deli.. Always friendly and in a hurry to help. No one use upgrading your store and downgrading your service.
I ordered burgers 2 chicken and 2 beef. All beef burgers were given to me... Some memebers of my family dont eat beef this was Dissapointing and uncomfortable as they thought we didnt cater for them.(these were visitors) Now im going back and forth trying for them to compensate me for this horrible experience.
Im at the kfc Kentucky town gateway I've had a 2 hr 30 min wait already and i haven't even ordered yet... The food should not dissapoint. Honestly kfc, the ordering facility and que management should of been managed better. Hope the food makes up for this never ending que.
MAC JUST DOES NOT CARE! I recently recieved the incorrect shade of lipstick and was not given the free gift promised i put up a review on hello peter and filled out the return form and sent it back to the mac agent and customer services still no one has gotten back to me. I feel the service you give to your customers is appalling and honestly disappointing!
