I have been asking for an intention to register letter since 13th January 2026. I was answered by ***nor Jacobs that I would receive it by the 15th of January 2026, today is the 19th of January 2026 and I have not received anything, and emails are not being returned.
I contacted MANCOSA last month requesting a de-registration, it's been "in progress" since, they are sending me from pillar to post every time I am calling wanting to close the matter, last number was when I called and the lady that answered said she could not see anything from her side so I must hold for Malusi, it took me straight to voicemail and it just rang un-answered after that.
The way I am struggling to get a refund from Varsity College Cape Town, after holding on the phone for over an hour to be finally answered and be told that they cannot deal with refunds now as they are busy with registrations even after pleading with Cheryl Petersen who seems to be the credit controller is so nonchalant even though I keep on explaining that I really need the money, the arrogance of her telling me that even if she processes the refund it will take 20 days, I explained to her the 20 days is fine, she must just start the process. I even ended up telling her am not just wanting the refund for vibes but because I desperately need my money.
MTN is giving me a runaround not allowing me to cancel my contract. I phoned the callcentre and I was told I must call on the 4th of June 2022 then I called and was told the callcentre is closed, today I call in and am told I must wait another month, guys please cancel my contract.
Bought bedding from Presles in 2010 and I paid it up. its still reflecting on my credit profile as an active account thus causing a negative impact on my credit profile. Please close it asap.
Cancelled my insurance with Alexander Forbes over 2 years ago but its still reflecting as open with Compuscan, can you please change the status to close
Been asking FNB since June 2020 to close my paid up credit card to no avail, It is till not done with the national credit bureaus. It is causing a negative impact on my credit score. Its not reflected as CLOSED on Compuscan, Experian and Transunion

Went to Standard Bank to open a deceased bank account on the 31st of August 2020, up to this day the account has not been opened and no feedback as to when it will be open
I went to Standard Bank Vincent Park on Monday, the 31st of August 2020 to open a deceased bank account for my late father and a very helpful consultant by the name of Andiswa Thethelwa assisted me very promptly and explained the process that at the branch they send the paperwork to a deceased estate department and that department would call me with the details. No one has called me to date, no communication whatsoever. I have called the Standard Bank customer care wanting an update but no one was able to provide me with feedback. I sent an email to Andiswa Thethelwa on 01 September 2020 asking for an update and there was no response. I sent an email again today the 4th of September 2020 and still no response. Can I please be attended to asap so that this chapter closed
