I have been requesting my insurance but call centre is closed and emails are not being answered! So how do we cancel? I didn’t even ask for this cellphone insurance.
I bought a pair of pants at Mr Price Phoenix Plaza. I wore the pair yesterday for the first time to the event I was buying them for and they ripped while I was at the event! I have never been so embarrassed in my life! I mean these pants are brand new for crying out loud. I don't want these pants, I am so disappointed with the material. I honestly need my money back, I've been buying at Mr Price for years and though you guys are upto date with the trends, the quality of your clothes has really depreciated from what it was before. I have emailed your customer line and no reply, I am in Johannesburg Soweto.. I won't ve able to get back in Durban for atleast another 3 weeks, I have the slip, plastic and the tag.. I literally just unpacked this pair and it disappoints me. Only gave 3 stars cause I'm a long time customer, though I'm losing confidence in the company now.

My savings account kept having some transactions declined of R8.50 of which I wasn't aware what they were for, reported the matter and it was said that it will stop but again this month the same transactions are back. They go off everyday driving my account into a minus, I reported it again and blocked my card thinking it might help cause I was also getting sms's saying "FNB :-) Transaction on acc 0961 declined due to....." I get these texts everyday and I'm not even using my card, cause I blocked it. I reported this matter again to an FNB customer care email and all I got was an email telling me to read FNB legal information. I'm not sure how was that supposed to help...
I got a promo, for a discount of R100 on my first card payment and I accepted the promo.. Used my card and immediately after requesting a ride, R100 was deducted from ny account and after my ride another R19. 99 was taken. I enjoyed the ride as all my other rides but this is really upsetting me, please give me back my R100.
Hi, I have requested to close my cheque account multiple times but all times with fail, I kept being told that there was an error on the system. Had to make a payment to remove the minus on my account of which I did and again I tried closing the account but still nothing, now I'm on a minus once again and I keep getting calls to make another deposit, I don't know whether you guys think I have some money laying around that I will keep depositing in your this account that I no longer have use for cause I don't work anymore and can't afford it. I can't make a payment for this minus again. I opened a savings account and was told I can't open, then close another account on the same day... came back 3 days in a row and still have an "error", I spoke to guy by the name Sanele and he showed me something on his computer supposedly the error he is getting, it's been more than a month trying to close this account.
I have been disconnected since Saturday! 07 July.. it's today the 10th and I'm still disconnected. "No signal..." what what?! are ya'll gonna compensate me for these days cause all ya'll keep saying is someone will come?? Whenever I contact DSTV all I'm being told is that I must troubleshoot, I have done that for more than 5 times now and still nothing. I paid for a whole premium Service but I'm not getting what I paid for.
All banks have their high and lows but with FNB it's more highs than lows and that is why it remains the best bank. I had some complaints and they were attended to very efficiently, plus the self-service options are very convenient. Thank you.
I had a debit order taken from my account requested it to be reversed and was told it takes up to 3 business days but it took more than that and debit orders came off, I was left on a minus. Got a call and was told this will be in investigated, the debit order was returned however my account was already on a minus and the money returned was taken by that minus. My valid debit orders are not paid because Nedbank took the money I had initially reserved for them, I just wanna close my account and cut loose from this bank now ah ah.
An incorrect amount was debited from my account and I sent a reversal form online but 3 days later, the funds haven't been reversed and debit orders are bouncing off.. now my account is on a minus and Nedbank couldn't care less, yet I have debit orders not paid. Next thing you know, amount will go back into my account and find this minus, then there won't be enough for my debit orders all because nedbank is slow with it's service and this minus has already taken the small amount I had. Already know that all I will get are excuses and no concrete resolution to this.
