My bill is overcharged, I’m expected to pay for a device that was paid for in full. I’m so sick of this. It’s been 3 months of being inconvenienced by Vodacom. This can’t be legal!
The matter has been resolved but I have been overcharged for an error that was made by Vodacom. This is a serious financial inconvenience and I cannot believe I am subjected to this again.
My contract has been converted to prepaid without my consent! Make it make sense Vodacom!!!!! This is such an inconvenience and it is very frustrating!!!!
Placed an order with Dis-Chem 2 weeks ago; it has gone from the driver is collecting stock to trying to shove a refund down my throat. The products are available in stores but my online order cannot be fulfilled. Getting feedback is a nightmare because I have to constantly follow up, no one at Dis-Chem has felt the need to communicate. This is very disappointing and a huge inconvenience!
I spoke to a consultant this morning who confirmed that my premium is R1098. When I checked my policy schedule the premium now reflected R1533. Why am I being **********?
The service at Vodacom is appalling to say the least. I spent three hours trying to rectify an error made by one of their staff on one of my profiles. Needless to say, even after spending so much time on the phone I was not assisted and I am concerned about them going ahead with these changes to my profile. 6 of the 7 consultants I spoke to were not rude at all, they just had to keep trying to find someone to assist. The one lady was just so rude. It’s crazy how much we pay Vodacom but when they need to ensure we are assisted it becomes such a mission. At this point I’d be more than willing to explore other services providers because this is really unacceptable.
Use the platform at your own risk. You will pay for electricity that you won’t receive. Request a refund and you’ll be told to wait days. Not the best support desk either.
It’s very sad that Mazda dealerships aren’t what they used to be. Someone needs to intervene and remind them what the meaning of Customer Service is and why it’s so important.
If a gentleman named Masilo approaches your vehicle at Engen Midway Mew’s, say thanks but not thanks. He is the most rude petrol attendant I have ever come across at that filling station. Mind you I’ve been using them for 12 years now.
Your items will go missing, be it parts of the vehicle or items within the vehicle. Book your car in at Mazda Fourways at your own risk. You will get disrespected and giving the runaround. It’s no surprise that this dealership is falling apart, their service is appalling.
