I have bought a brand new Renault Kwid Climber ATM ("shelf-shifter" transmission). Renault Nelspruit is refusing to assist me with the brand new car that I bought which is faulty, and Renault Nelspruit just refers me to MIOSA but I do have a 5 year maintenance plan. Their staff members also informed me that I bought a cheap car and should not expect to much. Renault SA made the below claim as per an article on News24. "Renault claims its little Kwid will use 4.4 litres/100km when fitted with its new "shelf-shifter" transmission" Yet I only receive between 7.4 and 8.2 litres/100km and I was told from a Renault Nelspruit staff member that this is "normal"
When one becomes corporate, customer service flies out of the window! 2 times now Takealot have cancelled items that I have paid for and refund me immediately but these items are still available on their store. This always happens just days before I should receive my parcel. Not happy at all and will start looking for another online store!
almost 10 years with MWEB and now that I do need them NO response from them on Facebook, OTP wont work either! Pathetic!
Worst service EVER! 3 months since Vodacom took money out of my account without my consent and I am still fighting with them to get it back! Check your Vodacom statement, they add insurance without their clients consent and then don't want to pay it back! I receive the same feedback constantly from them for the last 3 months "Hi there Kindly note that your query was sent over to our Team, as soon as feedback becomes available, you will be notified."
NEVER USE THEM! Had to wait 4 months for our sliding gate then they destroyed the special made sliding gate we ordered. Left our property in disarray. Unprofessional and NO concern for human safety!
Unsatisfied, foam for couches did not even last 5 months, paid almost R2000.00, supposedly the best foam! Called supplier myself, foam should last about 5 years! We hardly use the couches. Did go back with couch pillows and owner was very aggressive and said that not much he can do.
<p>They can only tell the client when a part will arrive once the client have accepted their quote, they will NOT asked their supplier how long a printer part will take to arrive.</p> <p>Very dissapointed that there is still such bad service in Cape Town!</p>
