Clientele is Busy debiting money from my account I never had any policy with them I only have policy with B3 now I get debits from both clientele and B3 ... people need to check their accounts statements if they have policy with B3 clientele will also debit
My decoder was damage in June 2022 (serial number H002889490x2)and since it was not insured I bought the new decoder(serial number 8054847891x0) same month at pep cell jubilee mall to replace the damaged one. I then called the call center to register the new decoder and concealed the old one, I was guided step by step by the agent from start to finish then my new decoder was activated. It work for two months with no problems then I skipped two months with no payment then end of October I paid the premium and I received a massage that it was activated but when I switched it on it was not activated I called the call center and I was told to pay additional fees which I did but still it was not activated. The following month was end of November I paid my premium again and received a massage that it was activated but still it was not activated I called the call center and I was told if the decoder was not registered under my name then they reffed me to a walk-in center for assistance, when I got to the walk-in center they tried to assist me but they couldn't and the lady by the name Thabang called the call center to question them how did they managed to change my decoder from my name to someone else but she didn't get the answers. She told me to do the affidavit and ID copy so that she can email them to the head office, I did like she told me and submitted the documents today (06february 2023) at walk-in center and I was told that the money I paid is my loss and I should go buy another new decoder and forget about the one I have in my position as the guy whom they changed my decoder too, he owes multichoice R2000 and some couple of rand's. I would like to have your assistance in registering my decoder back in to my name and to get the channels I paid for
I was scammed by one of Nedbank client I opened a case against me ... Nedbank asked me to send proof of Everything since the account was a business account I can be assisted ..I did everything they told me to do then after they told me my investigator is Glynis I must call her/him for further information I've been waiting for feedback for more than 2weeks I tried calling Glynis but they not taking my calls I don't know if they are ignoring me or what.....am very ****ed I feel like they are helping their clients to scam us
Highly Dissapointed by the Serilvice and handling of sensitive cases of the deceased by Liberty Group in their policy department..... My sister passed away in late 2014 and only this year we received a letter from liberty about a policy that was opened by my late sister with this company, my mother received it and it noted that she left a policy which we must claim and receive the money, my mother then went to liberty offices with relavant documents to claim and the matter was captured and said she will receive money in her account from her late daughter's policy in a period of 4 to 5 days... It then passed the date and nothing was deposited she further went back and was told she needed to go to court to get a letter and she did so only to be turned back again saying she still needs more supporting documents ... When the matter was escalated it resulted in us not getting help and my mother is over 60 years she has done many trips back and forth only to be given different information which now she is perplexed as to how to mover forward in resolving the matter and claiming

I have been fraud by a company named five aces using bidvest name they gaved us fake POs from bidvest it was not only me lots of people I called bidvest explained everything they told me they will help us now they back down they say we must carry on with our case alone ...I don't know if they are working with those people or what am very disappointed that such a big company ...they even offered them another job to do mind u this people are still scaming people to get the job done

I've been a legal wise client for more than 6 years now.....to think that I was forced to join then I told myself to give it a try.....I have a case going on ,Theko from Pretoria branch was the one who was busy with my case,she send me an email saying I must bring my documents for the case.....when I get there she didn't even wanna see me ...we talked thru the receptionist phone she treated me like am nothing she asked who said I must come there ....I told her about the email she said she never mention that I must come there I asked her how am I going to bring the documents if I didn't come there she told me to leave the papers she will see what she can do she gave me attitude. ...I called the call centre to complain I talked to a guy named trevor ,Trevor gave me his email so that I can send the documents to him since I don't want Theko to handle my case anymore Trevor gave me the email that is not working. ..I called the call centre again they told me that Trevor will get back to me ...am still waiting for the call even today
I recently claimed from my car insurer about a collision I had on the 9th of January 2018 and everything was being handled professionly from the 1st day and I had no problems and was happy with the service(Renier Du Bruyn was helping me I enjoyed his service and he told me he will be the one who's handling my case)...... until on the 15th were I had to drop off my car at an approved panel beater which is a partner of MiWay .....I called my car insurer Friday around 08:14 (I forgot the consult name)ask them to book me a courtesy car which is part of my my contract with them, I was told that the car rental company will deliver the car at the panel beaters were I dropped of my car for repairs, I was also told the car rental service will call me on monday the 15th around 7, on monday 15 Jan 2018 around 08:34 I called again to ask what's happening with the car hire the consult it was a lady ask me if I called the panel beaters n ask them if they have parts for my car I was like really is that my job I was shocked the lady even hang up on me..... fine handed over my car with no problem per agreement and was helped on time it was around 8:50 am .....around 09:05am I received a call from Ayanda from Miway she told me that she handed everything to Avis n they will contact me within 2 to 3 working hours i had now where to go since i dd have transport and there are no public transport nearby , luckily the panel beaters offered me a ride to any destination so I chose Pretoria CBD hence I thought it was close to the car rental service (AVIS) I waited stranded in the cbd for 3 hours n few minutes still got no call so I searched for the rental service number I spoke to someone there and they did not receive any booking under my name and I was told that there are currently no cars in their branches all over Pretoria and I must wait until 3:30 I said "okay fine" and dropped the phone to call miway and asked about the Treatment I'm getting from them as my insurer until I ran out of airtime I bought another airtime called miway 12:20pm I spoke to a guy(Naledi) he told me he will fix everything he even told me to hang up he will call me back in a few seconds ohk I waited for the call and still no1 called me back...I received an sms from Avis confirming a car rental for 3:30 pm (which I ddnt agree to because I was told the car will be waiting for me by the panel beaters) ... I decide to walk to the nearest Avis which I searched for on the map in Pretoria to tell them my problem I got there and gave them a reservation Number I got from the sms and I was given a car which I was told over the phone that there are no cars around Pretoria until 15:30pm... I handled things on my own and I still got no call form miway to ask how am I or was my problem solved ....I want to know if this is the way miway treats their customers, I have never claimed from them and I've been a loyal customer for years, my safety was at Risk and the ending of the claim was not handled professionaly
