I see I am not the only victim regarding refunds. Temu deducted money for an order which was cancelled and never shipped. I have been trying to get my refund back from November 2024. (8 months now) Temu's excuse is that my bank must process the refund. According to them the refund has been done, yet I have not received any refund. Banks don't process refunds Temu!!! The chat function is AI driven so to speak to someone seems impossible. Anyone with advise on how to get my money back?
I have never had so much trouble to get a statement from a company. All my emails gets read but no reply. I would give them 0 stars if i could.
After getting horrible service from Finrite administrators, Barbara Kutumela an employee, took it to herself to sort out the challenge that i had with a Vodacom cellphone claim. This 5 star review goes to Barbara and not to Finrite administrators. Thank you Barbara.
I had a query regarding a deduction on my deposit. I have had interaction with Europcar staff via email. 11 Emails and this is still not sorted out. I rented a car in March 2020. It is July 2020. The staff thinks that this complaint will go away, but i have news for you. I wont stop until I have my answer.

My best is that the intro when phoning states that your claim will be dealt with in no time and will be sorted out long before any other claims. Even trying to speak to someone in a managerial position impossible. @Vodacom @Finrite What happened to customer service? Please don't blame Covid19! Calls on 0821952 doesn't even get answered.

<p>My Vodacom account was in arears in Dec 2016. On the 20th of December full payment was been made.</p> <p>Vodacom actually owes me R 380.00. We are now on the 15th of Feb 2017 and my account is still blocked. I have spent more than 20 hours on the phone with Vodacom and have visited Vodacom stores as well. No one resolves or takes any kind of responsibility to try and help. Don’t dare to show frustration to a call centre agent because all they do is frog the phone!!! No reference numbers are given for a call so you can’t trace the call back to the incompetent agent. Why no reference number....? Because no one wants to take responsibility! Reference numbers will make calls traceable for quality control of calls which is non existing in Vodacom. Why record conversations then? Why does call not get monitored? Because Vodacom does not CARE!!!! I have never seen such bad services from any kind of company. It is unreal to be a paying customer and receive this kind of service from a company that calls themselves market leaders!!</p> <p>#VodacomBadService</p> <p>#Vodacomdoesnotcare</p>
