My two-year tenancy at Sunbird Estate (Unit 205) managed by Targer Properties has been the worst rental experience of my life. If you are considering using this agency, be warned that your deposit is at risk and maintenance requests will be ignored. My major grievances include: Negligence: I was left without a functioning geyser for nearly two months. The agency dragged their feet, arguing with the owner and body corporate instead of resolving the emergency. Dishonest Billing: After my lease ended, I was suddenly billed an extra R2500 for "areas" that were never in my lease agreement, nor was I ever notified of these charges previously. Poor Communication: The office is impossible to reach. They actively hid communications regarding maintenance and misrepresented inspection reports to justify billing me for damages that were not my fault. Unprofessional Conduct: Dealing with the agent, Meryl Coetzer , was particularly difficult. She is deceptive, consistently fails to answer her phone, and does not respond to urgent communications. They will manipulate statements to keep your money. Save yourself the stress and financial loss—avoid Targer Properties.
Bought three proucts from the makro website, 1 was delivered seately and the others were supposed to have been delivered seperate come the day of the day of the second delivery 1 item was missing and the delivery reipt clearly states that my package was a whole kilo short. this has beenn going on for a week, 6 phone calls and several emails later lusanda, sifiso, gilbert, lizzy dont want to respond to emails despite me sending the proof. people just ignore comms even after taking a clients money. at this point the amount of airtime iv spent calling customer care equals the item.
bought a pricey item that worked for a couple times and then stopped working. contacted them and according to thier policy ''items that have been used do not qualify'' so if i dont use it then how will i know if it works as advertised or not? . Be careful buying from adult luxury and thier ***** business practices. this is a warning for anyone thinking of buying from them.
i made an order on the 24th of may and it was not delivered according to terms of the website which is 5 days. Since then I have made several attempts to call their contact centre and they refuse to put in contact with a person who can assist me with a refund for my purchase. complaints department is none existent, massmart isnt answering their 27 (11) 517-0000 number.
Just stay away , they sent me a dead router that won't connect with 4g or 5g , their support team keeps saying that they want to do enhancement when am literally 500m from a tower and they won't give me a refund because their consultant Tasneem Baker keeps lying that she can't reach me on a number that I use daily going on 10 year's. Take my advice, they have fake reviews. Rain is a bad joke and no one is laughing
my order was delivered within 10 minutes great right? only to find day old food and warm drinks. its so bad i had to throw the food out because of the smell. I got InTouch with their complaints department and a lady Faiza.F emailed me back to provide reference number. that's where the problems start the food had no labels or references which mean it can't be tracked and am sure that is against health code for sale and distribution of consumer products. I provided my payment reference and the feedback I got was here's a R50 rand voucher (to spend more money ) and we are sorry we will look into it. Does a R50 voucher cover medical bills in the event that I get sick, who holds these fast food operator's accountable for the literal junk they feed us? Mrd should take responsibility for food they resale and any offending restaurants should immediately provide a refund or be removed. Consumer protection act clearly states that a full refund applicable if the customer is unsatisfied with the service provided. It's bad enough we have to deal with a corrupt govt let alone a non-complaint private sector that puts consumer's at risk of food poisoning. The fact that there is no reference number means that food shouldn't have made it to my door step in the first place.
Bought a brand new printer 1/09/2020 from a sales rep called peter with an empty toner and when i called i spoke to guy named Charles who refused any responsibility for the empty tonner claiming all their printers come with "demo" parts. i called a friend who is one of the channel managers at HP who informed me that this is a fraudulent practice and they will be reviewing this case pending a ban. DONT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.
The second worst hosting experience iv had, the worst was a Nigerian scammer who stole my money and ghosted. but honestly afrihost reached a new low in their pathetic services, to a point where i the customer has to mediate between accounts and hosting departments and they cant be bothered to do their jobs. Namely the lady Mathlapello from accounts who thought the solution to this whole mess was to hang up on me because its not her job to follow up on tickets. Trust me, i there are better service providers out there who are not as conceited. if there was a no star system, i would give afrihost -1
<p>iv been in the tech business for more than 15 years and i have never experienced anything like this, insolence [ you should learn to follow instructions ] when the fault was there's. Threats [ for your own good dissit from complaining ] as though am begging for freebies. To put it simply stay away and save yourself the stress. And am still waiting for my refund and all this was withng three days of signing up for their service or should i say lack of.</p>
