I recently had issues porting my number to another service provider. I went to the kiosk at Blaauw Village in Pretoria North. There I was assisted by Prudence Mathebula. After a few technical issues she finally managed to resolve it for me. My number was ported successfully. At one stage I was very impatient and not friendly, but she remained calm and professional. I just want to say thank you to Prudence and a job well done.
Today my boss shared something with me. Absa Activate. I wish I knew this earlier! Did a quote on the app and the saving is almost a R1000 per month!? I mean, who wouldn't love such a saving? What a great way to end the year and start the new year. Been with our previous insurer for more than 15 years. Thanks Absa, you guys are making this year end so much better.
Please explain to me why my account was debited with R691? According to your email my account will not be debited? You gave me Tracker's banking details to sort this account? I've asked for a final statement to settle this, nothing received. I've asked for the device to be removed, nothing? I have another company installing their device and Tracker's device is still in my vehicle?
With the first instalation I bought the device,) which I was told can't be carried over to my new vehicle) No contract. Second device is on contract. I phoned to cancel the debit order early in August. The lady that helped me when I phoned Tracker said it will be fixed. Today my account was double debited. What is the reason for this?
Still waiting for my refund after numerous calls. Vehicle was settled in the correct time frame. Call centre never respond to emails or calls like they say they would. Then you guys charge me a penalty fee of R8855,79 for early termination. I did out of pure frustration send 50 emails to complaints@marqiusfinance.co.za and to info@marquisfinance.co.za but surprisingly you guys didn't get it. The previous notice that expired you guys conveniently got????
I'm extremely happy with the service I got from Citton Cars Gezina. The salesman Andries Modiba is definitely one of the best. His patience and professionalism is hard to find. This is not the first time trying to collect an online order from your Kollonade Retail Park store and getting shown from post to pillar. The first lady said the till next to the stock room...how am I supposed to know where is your stockroom??? The the second person send me to another counter. This after she did whatever with my email on my phone and now it's gone??? Nobody can give me a clear answer whether they can find the other via the store profile/card? The service there is up to no good. Many staff hanging around and not one who can help you...oh there is one, they guy who took my form the second counter to the third. I'm really really ticked of with this stores pathetic service.
This is not a complaint nor a compliment. I went to Absa to update my activate my credit card (Absa CC) . I got a request to do my FICA again (Woolworths Gold CC) . With my previous visit I explained to the lady helping I was hijacked and my smart card was ******. I used my old green barcoded ID. She noted it on the system according to my knowledge. I asked her if there will be any issues again in the future and she said there wouldn't be. Now Absa send me a message stating my FICA failed, I must produce my smart card. Now please tell me how on earth must I produce something that was ****** during a hijack? I swear, if Absa require me to go in AGAIN to identify myself I will close my account.
Bought two Sungod 120ah batteries from them. Very bad product. Proton Solar refuses return or replacement. Stand by the fact that their "technician" said the batteries only lasts up to 300 cycles. Please think twice and then twice again before buying from them. Go and read on Hellopeter and see for yourself. I should have done this from the first day! Very quick to take your money, but no after service.
Once you sign the dotted line, Tracker don't care. The service is useless and up to no good. Your profile reviews on this platform speaks about it. This makes me very worried when there is an emergency... The after service is up to no good. I'm battling to login to my app. Tried everything even installing and re-installing the app. On the call centre side they can "login" nothing on my side. If my app is not working how do I have peace of mind in case of an emergency? I absolutely regret taking your services...
