Thought i share my first time Bad customer service experience with Homechoice. I submitted my order on the 14th of January. everything was processed accordingly. part of the order was delivered 2 days later. Till today i am waiting for my order. i was told that longest time should take 7 to 11 days, which, in my experience is not true. The reason is that it is almost a month today and still have not received my order. The website does not give clear indications to where or when exactly it will be delivered. I have been making follow up calls almost the whole of last week, but they will give you the same answer that we have sent follow up and we are waiting for feedback. in my view that is just not right, because if you make a commitment, it is your responsibility to make sure that you live up to your promises and make sure that you prioritize long overdue orders. I was given the contacts for the courier and to my surprise, they also told me that the delay is with Homechoice. This is the worst bad service i have ever experienced in my life. It is very difficult to get help. All i have to do now is wait probably for another month or 2,or anytime they decide to deliver my order, which i have no idea even today. if i hadn't waited this long already, i would have cancelled it and take my business elsewhere.
I have been having issues with Nimble and MTN. I have been receiving calls regarding my account that was handed over to Nimble apparently. However, I have been requesting my statements becaue I have been paying MTN recently and according to Nimble I owe R39000 which is ridiculously incorrect. Though I have been asking for detailed statements so that I can settle my account and clear my name. Till today no one has responded after several emails and follow ups,which clearly shows that there's ***** going on. Hope both Nimble and MTN owners are aware of what is happening to clients. I would like assistance from the relevant people since no one bothers, even MTN legal and call center. Nimble also doesn't care, all they do is send the very statement i told them it is wrong. It is 6 times more than my balance.

I have been a customer of Takealot for a long time now. used to believe that they are reliable but today i am very disappointed. i had 2 orders i was expecting for delivery but only 1 came through. I have sitting around at home all day waiting and just received an SMS saying they will reschedule because of insufficient address details. funny thing is the other orders or previous orders were delivered in the same address. no effort or whatsoever to at least try and confirm delivery. The SMS said it will be delivered before 17h00 which i am assuming the courier are still working. However when i called, i was told it is not possible to delivery the order today, and i cannot collect it. I personally called to arrange for delivery today because there is a gift that was meant to be received today. Worse, It is a Cash on Delivery method, which i was told i have to keep Cash, now i have to sit around with so much cash in the house and if something happens and i Loose it no order right? but whose fault would that be? This is a very bad service and i am so Disappointed, more than the person that i promised the gift today!! The order Numbers i am referring to is Order #110446621. This is really not a way to treat customers that support you so much, it is not fair. perhaps will buy elsewhere going forward - Where i am valued as a customer.

<p>Misinterpretation and lies of Richfield Graduate Institute (Refund of funds required IMMEDIATELLY!!!!)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Richfield has shown me a High level of victimization. Early January I enquired with Richfield head office via email regarding the course i was interested in and I was give the prospectus and i conformed it and then i went to their website and found the same information as the prospectus, it was the modules to be precise.</p> <p> </p> <p>The day before my registration they confirmed it as I clearly stated that my interest was in Programming. After registering that same day I realized that i the modules have changed and ran quickly to the campus to confirm that there was a new prospectus for 2017 not the one they used to attract customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sickening thing about this whole thing is that why would you show people 2016 information while open for 2017 registration and even on your website the first tool that has to represent the institution.</p> <p> </p> <p>after I’ve been up and down going to the campus to get my issue resolved only on guy by the name of Rudzani has shown me service and that I matter to them, however he told me that he doesn't deal with payment and accounts so it will be difficult for him to assist me but he tried and we contacted the head offices. After 2 days he came back with the forms as promised and instructions of the requirements for refund application.</p> <p> </p> <p> I gathered everything required and sent it to them and days passed again without any response until I sent an angry email warning them that i will be forced to take it up if i]they don't get back to me, then someone came back to me with told me that it'll take 21 days to process my refund and i politely accepted it until someone called me to come and finalize my registration i explained that i registered few hours after my registration and she told me that they will be admin fees deducted and as ridiculous as it sound i still accepted it and waited for the 21 days and i had to call them and was sent pillar to post until i decided to write another angry email again and the same lady called me and told me that I will definitely get it back in 21 days I have all the proof of our correspondence.</p> <p>More than 25 days has passed and i am still chasing after them. They give me stories and lies.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the again yesterday and it was confirmed that the funds were released on Monday and I should receive them late yesterday or in the morning today. The strange part is that I am using the same bank as the institution; the funds should have took less than 24 hours to reflect.</p> <p> </p> <p>It’s clear that they don’t care what happens to me, I was given incorrect information from them in the first place. I requested for a refund in order to be registered with another institution, I was told to wait for 21 days which I did and missed the registration period for the first semester. My future is compromised yet they still have the nerve to lie to my face.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is my money so that I can move on with my life, why am I supposed to suffer this much? Haven’t they done enough already?</p> <p> </p>
