I had issues with Dial direct when they needed to help me with my insurance where they were delaying to pay the claim , after involving hellopeter . The came back and sort me out. Not only them but even companies like Bidvest and MTN on my Cell phone insurance issues. I m glad that , my issues are now solved through hellopeter. Regards
I TOOK A CAR INSURANCE WITH DIAL DIRECT THINKING THEY ARE REPUTABLE COMPANY AND LOOKING AFTER THEIR CLIENTS BUT I WAS WRONG. I ALSO TOOK ADDED PRODUCTS WITH THEM, TYRE& RIMS,DENTS AND SCRATCHED AND TOP UP FEATURE. I HAVE BEEN PAYING MONTHLY FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS AND ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN OVER DEBITING ME FOR DENTS AND SCRATCHES POLICY AND THEY STILL FAILING TO REFUND ME. I HAD A CLAIM FOR TYRE AND RIMS AND BEFORE I TOOK MY BMW E92 325I. BLACK IN COLOR TO TYGER WHEELS FOR THE ASSESSMENT, ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT ALL MY POLICIES WERE ACTIVE AND THEY EVEN GAVE ME CLAIM NUMBER AND REFEREED ME TO THAT BRANCH IN CAPE TOWN CBD FOR TYRES ASSESSMENT. A WEEK LATER I CALLED IN TO CHECK HOW FAR WERE THEY WITH AND I GOT A CONFIRMATION THAT THERE CLAIM HAS BEEN APPROVED AND THEY WILL SEND ME THE CONFIRMATION LETTER SOON. I AGAIN WAITED FOR ANOTHER WERE NOW I TOLD THAT MY CLAIM WAS REJECTED DUE TO UNPAID DEBIT ORDER. I STILL DONT BELIEVE HAT AND I HAD TO CANCELLED ALL MY POLICIES AFTER THAT HORRIBLE SERVICES AND LIES . I WANT THEM TO REFUND ME AND PAY MY TYRES AND RIM CLAIM NOW. I WONT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH IT, ITS UNRELIABLE AND RIPPING POOR SOUTH AFRICAN OFF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. IF YOU WANNA BE HAPPY WHEN YOU NEED HELP,STAY AWAY FROM DIAL DIRECT,THEY HAVE USELESS EMPLOYEES, THAT ARE UNRELIABLE. THERES A LADY BY THE NAME OF MOIRA FROM COMPLAINS DEPARTMENT WHOS JUST USELESS LIKE THE REST. I HAVE SENT HER EMAILS AND CALLED IN TOSPEAK TO HER BUT NO ONE COULD TRANSFER THE CALL TO HER. SHE PROMISED TO COME BACK TO ME SOON BUT SHE DISSAPEARED. YESTERDAY I WENT TO TYGER WHEELS TO CHECK IF MY TYRES ARE STILL IN GOOD CONDITION AND THEY ADVICED ME TO CHANGED SINCE THEY WORE OUT. Apparently theres some fraudulent activity that took place under my name that has been happening for sometime and money has been taken from my account unaware. I only realize that yesterday when i visited my other vodacom number and immediately contact Home Choice and the consultant advised me to send you the attached docs. Please stop everything under my name and possibly refund me.This thing of visiting Internet can be one of the reason why Home choice agents uses or commit fraud using our details. I have forgot to send you this sms from you which confirms that i have oredered stuff and i didnt.PFS ********** 6. Please delete my name from you data base and refund me. I m still waiting for a feed back from them but instead of calling but they continue deducting money from my acc. Please help me on that regard.
Hi I ve paid Edgars in full last year and request them to update my profile ITC , still today it hasnt been updated and they stating that i owe them R4068. I have paid them in full. Can someone kindly ask them to do that since its working negatively on me please.
Hi All I have written to ITC-Trans Union to update my ITC profile since i have Edgars in full and requested them to update my profile and send me the proof but till now i have got anything from them. I have been calling and none of the guys i spoke to could help and my profile is still not active. I m so disapointed with this useless Trans Union, i have sent the me all the documents to show them that i have paid it in full but they cant help me on their side. Regards
Hi All I have bought LG 4 phone early last year and now its dead, cant switch on , they says its has batteryor power issue and its well known by LG. I cant boot it even when you charged it doesn't get full. I really hate this LG company how can they sell a phone like this. I m now suffering with it , i cant do anything and there painful part is , its still new. i would like to advise people not to buy LG phones any where, they are problematic, and cant be fixed.
I took a R15000 insurance for my LG phone two years back and i have been paying MTN insurance since day one ,now i have lost phone and submitted everything that they requested MTN cell phone insurance for payout only to find out that pinnacle marketing are doing that for them. I m in contact with one of their useless department , where they asked me to send confirmations that i have being paying and i did that even sent thereone from MT itself and they again asked me to send them proof payments from my bank statements and i did that. Now theres a useless lady by name of Alicia De Waal, who threaten me that she will not forward any motivation to claims dept if i dont send that. What he **** does she want from me cause i have sent her everything and advised her to get someone young who doesn't have eyes problem to go through my statements. This Pinnacle marketing has useless individuals who dont know how to do their business. I have sent them everything why cant they just approve my claim and looking for excuse not to pay i dont know. I really hate MTN and Pinnacle marketing, their service sucks big time.
