After being a client of Mtn for 25 years I tried to get an internet contract. There was an issue with their fingerprint system not recognizing my fingerprint and now they refuse to assist me. What pathetic service.
From the moment I walk in everybody was very helpful from the check-in up to the nurses getting me settled in. When there was a delay in surgery someone informed and and explained in good time. The anesthetis was so nice and explained his prosedure to the T. All in all, should I need another prosedure this is where I will go

This time I have ordered my medication more than a week back to allow time for delivery. Yesterday someone phones and says MedXpress does not deal with medication anymore and someone will call to arrange fir my medication. I told the lady that my insulin will be finished by the next day. MedXpress also already claimed and took my co payment. Up to now my insulin is finished and i dont have the script or money to get insulin from somewhere else. Nobody has come back to me after trying to get hold of Discovery. After holding on the line for 20 minutes at a time I get cut off

There is no number to call them on where they actually answer. I eventually asked someone on the chat thing on the website if the world cup rugby will be on showmax pro, they rep**** with "yes". So I subscribed for that. Then on the sport channel it does not seem to show anny inclination that the rugby will be on there. After numerous emails I just get absolutely no reply.

I was at the Flora Life Hospital, and from the moment I entered I had not one person I could vault. From the guy checking me in, the nurses from where i entered the ward, not one rude person just smiles. Thank you very much for making it good.
This contactless thing in the fnb card is a problem. At first it did not ask for a pin at R50 or less. The other day I accidentally tapped my card at the petrol station for over R300 and the transaction went through without having to enter a pin. On questioning this i was told if I don't want to use it i can stil swipe or use the chip and no restrictions can be done on this. My worry is what happens if i don't realize my card is gone someone can use my card to Tap and Go with my money. What can be done about this problem
I bought 30seconds junior from them. They sent me the normal 30seconds. I asked that if i send the wrong item back they need to refund me. The customer care at bid or buy confirmed through email that this would be done. Now 1 month later they are refusing to do a refund for sending me a wrong item.
