I have to rave about this company. What an amazing experience. Staff was friendly, fast and very helpful. Cilltec came to inspect my property and did an excellent job. Logan especially was an absolute joy to work with. He really went the extra mile...thanks to the team at Cilltec!

Incompetence and *********
I am a very disgruntled client writing to warn other consumers about the absolute pathetic service provided by Bugs and Sparks. I am in the process of selling my house and this company was recommended by Eazi Homes to do an electrical, gas and plumbing inspection. Late the Friday afternoon they left after finishing their inspection and my son told me that the plugs in his room was not working. I went to check at the Db board and found some switches was not turned back on. On Sunday when I wanted to take meat out the freezer I was hit by an awful smell. All my meats in the freezer was off as the staff of Bugs and Sparks did not turn it back on. After emailing their office and informing them of what happened they blatantly refused to acknowledge their incompetence. They refused to refund me for my meats and I basically lost thousands of rands. I also noticed the Monday the grass was wet in my yard and it wasn't raining. I had a local handyman come out and he found that there was a burst water pipe. I immediately had to call the council to come and repair the burst pipe. This is another thing that Bugs and Sparks did not pick up on. This company is ********* and *********** to say the least.

Welle are a bunch of ******!!!
These people are a bunch of ******! I contacted them on whatsapp but no response. They list management whatsapp number but the number isn't even on whatsapp. You also can't call the number or sms the number. I've emailed but no response. Please boycott this company and spread the word to prevent others from being *****ed as well.

Bad service from Carel van der Walt at Racing Technik!!!
25 October 2023 My son took his car for diagnostics test. He was helped by Carel van der Walt. My son said he was very unfriendly towards him, meeting him for the first time and as a new client. Shortly thereafter a white guy came and he was super friendly towards this person. This guy is a total ******. The afternoon when I called to find out when we can collect the vehicle, I asked him a simple question about my policy document that I attached as reference, and he gave me an extremely snotty response "where must I find the time to read through all my clients policies". A simple no to my question or any other response would have been acceptable. This Carel guy is extremely unprofessional and has no people skills for someone who is in the sales department. I would not recommend their company to anyone.

Dial Direct does not disappoint in their consistent bad service!
E-mails are ignored. Incompetent staff not taking accountability. No follow-ups done. Currently trying my best to get Dial Direct to get my excess back. I have committed to cancelling my policy with them as soon as I have received my excess. Dial Direct is the worst insurance company I have encountered.

Tyson Properties are racial and biast agents
Karin and Ryan at Tysson Properties assisted the previous owner of a property I purchased to avoid fixing a latent defect I made them aware of prior to transfer. After following up with them on numerous occasions via email and whatsapp they just blatantly ignored my pleas for help. As a single colored mother they chose to assist the rich white guy to get away with what was clearly wrong.

Milton's Matsemela aids fraudsters
This firm assisted a seller of the property I purchased to defraud their way out of fixing a latent defect on the property. After following up with them on numerous occasions as to when the previous owner will come to fix the area they ignored my emails.

Terrible service from Standard Bank funeral department
<p>My dad passed away on the 11th of Feb 2017. My mom, having a funeral policy with Standard Bank, managed to submit her claim on the 15th of Feb. We received fantastic service from Standard Bank in speeding up the process to pay my moms claim. But with her policy she was supposed to receive R200 MTN airtime. Today is the 20th of Feb, we burried my father on the 18th and my mom still has not received the airtime and I must say, she really needed it. </p>
