Do not purchase from this company. We experienced the worst service we have ever encountered. We ordered a chest of drawers, and the store manager, Cindy, assured us that it would be assembled inside the room where it was meant to go. However, when it arrived, it had already been assembled outside in the rain without our consent. Only one delivery person arrived, as the assistants were not allowed into the estate due to not having the required documentation (valid passports). As a result, the chest of drawers was left in our kitchen. After numerous calls requesting that they move the item upstairs and assemble it in the correct room—a service we paid for—they finally sent someone who had the proper documents. The item understandably did not fit up the staircase, so it had to be dismantled and rebuilt, resulting in significant damage: multiple chips, scratches, and broken corners. We have spent more than a month trying to get this resolved. The company continues to give different excuses and has failed to replace the damaged parts as promised. Their service has been irresponsible and dishonest. Once they receive payment, they show no concern for proper delivery or the condition of the item.
1 star is way to generous for vodacom. I have been trying to activate my fibre line for 3 weeks. I have been promised by various people at the call center that it would be activated and I still have no connection. I have called them about 8 to 10 times and keep getting told that it has been escalated. They are ***********5 and provide poor service. I have had my vodacom contract for 10 years and now will look for a new service provider because they clearly dont believe in customer service or support. They have **** various times on the call and are very frustrating. I would recommend any other service provider as they all seem more keen to assist. @vodacom, if im lying please give me a call and i will share with you the reference numbers as well as my number which will show you all the various call logged.
I was expecting sensitive documents on 1 December 2023, when I tracked the parcel it showed as delivered on 30 November 2023. Imagine my reaction to realize my delivery was accepted by someone and signed for the day before and DHL not sending any confirmation sms or contacting me for delivery. I am based in South Africa and that was the destination of the delivery, on the tracking website the document was delivered in Ethiopia. How on earth does the people read South Africa send it to Ethiopia and when they receive it they read it and think I’m sure it can be delivered here. The amount of failure in controls is disgusting, why does no one see the delivery address and country, what address did the delivery team send the package to if it says South Africa? Does the driver not need identification when delivering? How did someone else sign and accept the package? Furthermore it was a Friday when I called and the team at the call center didn’t care much and additionally said the only assistance I could get was Monday. They have no emergency department, no one that could asssist in any way. On Monday no one still contacted me till I called in, after I called in they stated that they need to confirm the contents on the package with the shipper to determine if they will have to retrieve it. I used fedex a few times and had no problems and I suggest that everyone uses a service other than dhl because you pay for them to lose your package and make it seem like it’s your fault. Anyone has contact details for someone in DHL that can assist because I really need that package delivered to me ASAP
I ordered food from Ubereats and it was not delivered. They charged me and now I can’t get hold of them. The stupid app charges you to contact them and no one responds. This is terrible service and they are thieves. I will not use this app ever again and no one else should as well. So I didn’t get my food and they haven’t refunded me.
Vodacom clients retention and after service is the most pathetic and disgusting service I have received. To top it off they steal as well, I was told I would receive 5 gigs data with my new Contract monthly but now they claim it will only be for the first 7 days. I would have accepted this if I didn’t ask if it will be over the 24 months which they confirmed I will receive it every month. On top of this I had to call in about 7 times for the phone because of incompetence by the center. With so much hassle I would definitely reconsider my cellphone service provider.
I have had multiple problems with my DSTV account but recently I have received terrible service and with numerous visits to the agencies and call to the call center but no assistance has been provided. After the first visit I was provided a new decoder as I have insurance, I get home and it’s faulty. Than I go again and again they provide me with a new decoder but they don’t pair the device. The staff is incompetent as they definitely shouldn’t release the decoder if it’s not working. I’m sick of DSTV and want a refund because it’s been over two weeks that I have no DSTV plus I had to pay a technician 3 times to come out only for them to tell me that I have been given defect decoders.

<p>I have ADSL for over two years and have had countless problems, Telkom staff is incompetent and have no idea about customer service. Over a month they keep promisisng to sort our internet out and modem as they provided us with a faulty modem. After countless visits to the Centurion branch they have still not sorted this out. On a weekly basis we cannot visit the branch twice to get no service. We are still being charged and they are asking for a cancellation fee when we want to cancel. This pathetic service is unbearable and has forced me to write a review as I am frustrated with Telkom. I havent recieved such terrible service in my life. This isnt the first time we faced problems. Previously we were charged a call out fee due to incompetence of the client service centre, We were told our line was faulty where as the modem was faulty. </p>
