My account with HiFi Corporation, which was handed over to your debt collection company, ADRS. At the time, my account was in arrears and I entered into a payment arrangement with ADRS. I honoured the agreement in full and ensured that all required payments were made as arranged. Upon requesting a statement of account, I noted that my account reflected a credit balance of R490. However, after this credit appeared, a further amount of R500 was debited from my account. I subsequently received a paid-up letter confirming that the account has been settled. To date, I have not received any feedback regarding the refund of the overpayment. I fulfilled my obligation by settling the account as agreed, and I now request that the same level of accountability be shown in resolving the outstanding refund due to me.

After sending proof of payment and numerous emails account still shows a amount due in 30 days, I have 2 contracts and I send proof of payment for both but still they can't sort out my account

This is the first time I am hearing of any alleged arrears amount on my Vodacom account. For months, no debit order has been processed on my side, and I have not received any prior communication from Vodacom or your offices — no email, SMS, letter, or phone call. Despite this, I have now been served with a summons without ever being given prior notice or invoices. To make matters worse, I cannot reply to the email address provided, and when I try to reach out via WhatsApp, I am told that my details cannot be verified. How am I supposed to make arrangements or resolve this matter if my preferred contact methods are not working and no one from Vodacom makes the effort to reach me? This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect proper communication, access to my account details, and an opportunity to resolve this matter without unnecessary legal action.

I upgraded all 3 my numbers with CellC, they very extremely helpful until the sale was made for the 3 upgrades. I asked that they delver all 3 devised together - I was not informed that they don't have stock of 1 of the phones until later - I was also informed that I could get 2 smart watches but then later I was informed that I could only qualify for 1 . . . . After numerous calls (from my side) to date I was not informed when I will get the 3rd device (seeing that they delivered the other 2 even tough I asked for everything to be delivered at once). I get a sms from their courier saying the parcel will be delivered 13.12.24 (hoping it is the device I ordered seeing that no one from CellC called ne back) only to see they gave the incorrect address AFTER they delivered the other devices? So now there will be a delay with delivery - I gave my work address now it is weekend and the parcel has not been marked for delivery by their courier - I called early this morning to make sure they update the address and send parcel today. I feel, that the gentleman who helped me only wanted to get a sale - saying I must not talk to anyone else if the call about my upgrade - and once he got the sale could not care less about me getting the orders. If the device will now be delivered over the weekend I have to changed the address again - which will cause another delay - the courier company they use does not answer the phone, the whats app number always has high volumes and then they send you back to the main menu without assisting. Please sort out the delivery seeing that your consultant gave the incorrect address and your courier does not pick up their phone so I can confirm where they can deliver (at the same address they already delivered to this week but)
After the passing a loved one you already feel extremely upset but then being harassed by Lancet weekly - after informing them of the passing and sending the death certificate - makes it even worse. Another laboratory also requested payment - we sent the documents ONCE, they sympathized and never bothered us again, Lancet just assumes there's an estate that they can claim from. I think this is very unsympathetic. I have sent numerous emails but still I receive messages from them.
