I require the purchase of two desktops and two printers; however, I need a quotation first. It has been two days since I contacted Incredible Connection, yet I have not received my quote. I believe they do not understand how their incompetence impacts small businesses. Their standards have significantly declined in comparison to other computer retailers. As of today, I am still awaiting my quote.

I phones several times and email after i use there product i realise that the normal white paint doesnt work on the black fabric So i tried to order there opaque white Its impossible just to place an order All i want is to finish my orders but i cant because to get a quote Invoice and banking details is impossible I was also willing to organize my own courier as i told the assistant but no call backs nothing Still waiting on a quote / invoice or banking details
I have played lotto land for atleast a year all of a sudden they kick me out cant log in i dont know if i won or anything.Till this day cant log into my account i think they ******
These people phone you and tell you there is bad debt on your name then tell you for a fix amount of just over R500 they will remove it After the debit the amount they deduct money for as long as you bank account is open..and theres noting you can do to stop it..So watch out I had to close my account
I was phoned by a DSTV agent to connect my service for a special price of just over R400 I agreed. The wrong amount was debited of R119 I phoned them and made them aware of the mistake.The agent apologize and i ask her to please give me the full amount for reconnection as well as DSTV plus. She said the total is R510 i agreed that the should debit the amount I paid the amount and halfway through the month my service was suspended I asked them to refund me and they only refund me with a R170 The last agent i spoke to falsely accused me of reversing the amount of R119 I paid R510 for no service and could of bought groceries with that money. <p>I have been a loyal Dischem client 5-6 years</p> <p>Today I went into your Zevenwacht CPT branch and bought ointment for a cold sores and had no idea what the price was and after I paid for it I immediately returned it. The service was great even though I returned it.</p> <p>Later I went back to the store.<br />The girl that assisted me was A.Ferrei I asked her to give me Asthavent inhaler.<br />She asked me my details and this time I asked the price.<br />Just before I left for the tills to pay this lady sarcastically ask me if this will be all and if im sure? because she dont want me to return it because I weren't sure what I want.</p> <p>I totally forgot about the morning incident until she reminded me.<br />And becuse this was not the same girl that assisted me earlier it was surely discussed.</p> <p>This incident was unnecessary and unprofessional. <br />You have lost a loyal client I will rather pay more and go to Clicks instead of dealing with hostile service.</p>
