I bought a 2nd hand Kia Sportage from Lester at ASCC, he was very friendly and professional, I enquired thru cars.co.za and he returned a call very quickly. I was a bit surprised when their offices was in a business park and not a street address, but I actually liked it that way. All thru our dealings he was very friendly and helpful. After paying the amount owing for the car - as it was a cash deal - I saw a previous review where ASCC was only given a 1 star and issues was mentioned with service... I called Lester and he assured me that everything is above board and there will be no problems. My car was delivered a few days later as promised and I have not had any problems with the car itself. There was some problem getting the registration papers and I was getting very worried as it seems there is an issue that no one was telling me. Lester always answered when I called to hear what the progress is. Eventually the issue was sorted out and Lester even did the registration for me (free of charge because there was such a delay) and he also made me the number plates (free of charge) and delivered it to my home. After the whole process has been done I can recommend Lester at ASCC because he gave me service above and beyond (and sorted out the issues!) It has been about 1 month since I purchased my KIA Sportage and there has no issues with the car itself. Thank you Lester for your service and always answering when I called.
In March this year I rented a car from Avis, had to return it before my rental period was completed. There was no issues and the remainder of my rental amount was refunded within 12 days. Now in August I rented a car and returned it after 7 days out of my 14 day rental. No one is able to do my refund of R2317.75 even after getting an invoice stating a refund is due. After 2 months of trying to get my refund, now I am told that Avis does not do refund of unused days! Nowhere does it state on my contract that unused days are lost! Totally unacceptable and comes down to taking my money and *****ing it! Person I am dealing with is Gontse Kgonothi who obviously doesn't gives a rat's ass about this.
Marko was extremely effective during the process. Unfortunately there was a huge drop in the offer and because of time constraints I was forced to accept the offer because we are emigrating the very next day. But despite the time constraint we were able to finish all that was required and even when I was not in SA anymore we concluded the deal and Marko took delivery of my vehicle and I did not have anything to worry about not being able to be at home for the last part. I will definately recommend Mit Mak Motors as they were very friendly, efficient and professional.
Had an issue with our token and Deano assisted to have the issue sorted out in about 8 min online!! Thank you so much, was even able to enter the January token that we were unable to enter. Prepaid24 is awesome and online chat is just the best!!! Will definately recommend Prepaid24
What an amazing place to stay! I have had the pleasure to stay here for the last year, coming twice a month to stay for 2 nights. Always clean and super friendly staff and really a 5 star experience. The rooms are beautiful and large, with exceptional finishes and even an inverter to help with the load shedding. Richard & Janine always ensure that everything is ready upon arrival and that the stay is very relaxing and comfortable. I honestly can say that in this whole time I have stayed here that there was never anything wrong!!!! Truly amazing to stay in a modern 5 star accommodation that has everything to offer. After all this time I feel part of this beautiful family and I really hope that I would be able to come and visit again!
It started very well, and I paid the deposit required. Then the delay tactics started for doing my cabinets. After many times of postponement, I requested a refund. Then the delay tactics started in earnest. I has come to a point where I know I will not get a my refund back and will lodge a complaint with the police and a charge of theft. Do not use We Build Concepts as they will talk all nice and then steal your money.
Normally I have a high opinion of Discovery and now I have a big problem with Discovery Gap Cover, I have been a member for quite a number of years and have included my wife and kids on Gap Cover as well. My son went to a day hospital for dental work (2019.08.07) and needed to be under anesthesia (since he is only 3 years old), I got an approval (Ref 6579325425) from Discovery four days before surgery. With admittance to the hospital I had to pay R1100 and the staff also assured me this would be covered by my GAP Cover. The process was done and all went good. When I started to receive the bills, Discovery (true to their word) covered the costs of the in-hospital bill, but only up to the medical rates for the dentist & anesthetist. Then came the battle that Discovery Gap Cover will not pay the differences, I have escalated this issue a few times already but no luck, each time I got told that it has been rejected because of the dentist is not a "specialist" (so they studied how many years to get a specialized degree???) and the anesthetist ( which we all agree is a "specialist") also not being covered because it falls under the dentist procedure and is being treated as 1 claim - even though I receive separate bills for each. So after many calls and frustration I was promised a manager would call me, this also never happened. The end result so far is that I had to pay in over R5000 for costs which happened IN HOSPITAL in an APPROVED hospital COVERED in my policy. I pay a huge amount each month to cover me and my family and then I still have to pay extra when Gap Cover decide they not gonna pay.... totally ridiculous and unfair, this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth - NOT what I expected from Discovery!!!
<p>Went for an upgrade and was told that the Samsung J5 was an excellent phone as I had the A5 and this was the new range. Big issue I had with this J5 was with the pre-loaded 50 applications that uses up all the internal memory! I bought an SD card and managed to put a few applications unto the SD card. But this desnt solve the problem where I cant update any usefull applications ause my phone doesnt have any memory and get the message that some things may not work becaus the phone is full and no memory available!!! Contacted Samsung and after a month of following up to what is happening I got an email today to say there is nothing they can do as this is how the phone is designed... well what a **** DESIGN!!! Always been a Samsng fan but afte this experience I will go back to Nokia. So please be careful... do not get the Samsung J5 (8Gig) phone... it is so frustrating and doesnt work properly and Samsng cant help you if you got this phone!!!</p>
