False Advertising and False Toll Free number Pathetic Service
I wanted to purchase a Diablo jacket from the Outlet. It showed 50% off and €160. I carried on shopping to the end and was shocked to see the price was wrong. I tried calling the call centre, the 0800 number on the Help page was not valid. You have to have fast eyes to spot a whole different number that shows when you select "Email us". Their call centre is hopeless. They do not provide a reference number for a call. They have no supervisor or manager available to speak with. It was like talking to a call centre in Zimbabwe. In fact, maybe that would be even better than this.

MTN -CPT Gardens Centre False Information and GDPR compliant issue
False information provided for Black Friday offer at the CPT Gardens Centre MTN store. Waited from the 27th of November for the contract to be done. Staff member made me sign and nothing got done. I had to visit the store 4 times in total. The last visit 9th December still nothing was done and I was told that I can only do this if I get a new sim card, when the staff member told me I don't. They also leave customers personal information sitting on open trays and desks that anyone can grab and get hold of.

FALSE ADVERTISING
This is a company that not only gets accused of over-charging their customers, but time and time again advertises items "On SALE" that they don't even have stock of. I am sick of all the "RAIN CHEQUE" offers. I have so accumulated so many I can make a book from it! I have NEVER seen this happen at CLICKS! CLICKS at least has everything they advertise. Disgrace Dis-Chem, life was better when you were not around!

Revolting Health Standards and smells
Cape Towns No1 tourist attraction V&A Waterfront. And the Pick n Pay there for weeks now, has been giving a revolting smell in the meat and poultry fridge area. How revolting and low health standard can they get. Is this what you expect your tourists to get. Time to go back to school and get some lessons. Maybe pop into Woolworths Food store on the other side of the shopping mall and get some lessons on health and safety. Your store is revolting to us South Africans ! Never shopping there again !

What a ****A bank -Systems been down for more than 24hrs
What a ****A bank you are. Been down for over 24hrs and costing my business dearly, for not been able to activate a card. Biggest mistake ever to have relied on you. Nothing working to activate online, nothing working to activate on the phone App. Call centre work in a circus, that put the customer on hold and **** the call without any assistance.

Pathetic Customer Service
Have no clue in getting a parcel collected from customer. Been waiting a week. They cant seem to arrange with FedEx to collect in the right part of South Africa. I am in CPT, Loot email me a DURBAN reference number. Loot blames FedEx for sending them the wrong reference, and yet LOOT see's it is wrong and still emails me a DURBAN reference. What a bunch of clowns I am dealing with. This is certainly a hopeless case with a company that will NEVER reach the levels of TAKEALOT.

NO LIVE GIRO d'ITALIA
Poor service from online customer service. PATHETIC that DSTV are not broadcasting the GIRO d'ITALIA - LIVE. There is only **** repeats showing on TV. English Football season is OVER. NEVER has there been FULL coverage updates on CATCH UP, from the start of the tour. I feel sorry for all customers paying a fortune on membership, and yet DSTV decides to put some stages, they feel is best, LIVE on TV. Totally ridiculous !

False Advertising
Its been since the 28th March from placing my order and your company only calls me now after me calling them 3 times for a update. Dischem decides to place sales on items they dont even have in their Warehouse. What a dishonest thing to do ! And at the same time hold onto my money making interest! They cant even tell me when I am going to get this by, and tomorrow I am totally out of my supplements. Clicks offers way better service and will from here on shop by them tomorrow. Shame on you Dischem !

Township gym is cleaner than yours
<p>From what I thought was the best VA in CPT to the most disgusting. Even a township gym is cleaner than yours. I will never ever make use of your change rooms with the revolting urine smell. Even your shower area stinks of it. What a disgracing experience for tourists and even Super Rugby teams from NZ, AUS, (that there to train). And yet you keep putting up the fee's each and every year. For what? </p>
