Stay clear of them.Bought on the 24th November .They said delivery might delay due to holidays,over a month later still no feedback and they are ignoring me now .
Very bad,I believe they are ****mers.They said delivering will be in the next 10 days ,delay due to backlog.A month later still no delivery and they seem to be ignoring my messages and yet payments are being taken from my account.Pls family stay away from this company.starting to believe I have been ****med
I called wanting to change my home gym ,I was informed about the transfer fee cost but not that should I decide to change back without even setting foot at the other gym that I will be liable for the costs irrespective.I have asked for the recording where the sales lady explains all these costs.To date I am still waiting and instead keep getting irritating calls that I am owing.I don't have a problem with that,but just feel this is all wrong for them not to divulge such critical information to people .I think that is what the recordings are for as well to prove,otherwise they must cancel this thing as they are spoiling my credit score for no reason .

I got a good quote from them, but then of course Outsurance made sure not to loose a good client like myself who has been a driver since 2003 and claim free. The only reason for staying is because of my 2nd cashback I am soon to get. As soon as Miway introduces something similar as the lady said their will be on a month to month base. Then I am certain I will jump back on the Miway wagon.
I am not at all happy with Easy Equitiies support .When I opened my account number:is:EE1300877-5609925 I funded it with R5000 only and bought BEE shares,a couple of weeks later R10 000 was put into my BEE account .I understood that it was mistakenly put in my account and it was reversed the following day.My problem is my statement keeps reflecting total funds as R15,000 and every time I buy more shares that add on top of the R10,000 which they acknowledged as a mistake That R10,000 was not mine,no idea why they keep insisting it on my statement,how do I account for those monies that I know nothing about with SARS? I am tired of bringing this to the support's attention,they say it was a mistake but they don't remove the R10,000 . Your statement is not a true reflection of Total funds I deposited.Remove the R10,000.It is not mine,unless you want to give it to me Regards
I have been trying over 2weeks to close my Account and not getting anywhere.I called to get a settlement amount.Which was R418.20,which I paid within 2days.I was told to send the proof of payment to a certain email as well as edgarsclosure@rcs.co.za.Then after a couple of days trying to follow up.The email for closure returned and I got an email to call or visit the shop.Till today my account has not been closed and letter for closure not sent.I want my Edgars account closed as there was once a time someone kept buying airtime using my account. Not once,not twice or 3 times.lucky for me they were reversed.Hence I can't risk it to keep this account opened.How hard can it be to close an account.
I have been calling Telkom to cancel my contract which has since ended almost a year ago.The automated machine tells you cancel online.Online they require a reference number and yet it is your 1st time and you are then unable to go further without it or it will tell you there is a technical error,please try later.I sent an email and got this reference case number is 56448567froma no reply mail.Still waiting.I went to Telkom the Groove on the 4th Jan to give a 30 day notice. The lady told me since the contract has long ended I don't need to put a 30day notice and can cancel immediately. But she advised that since you have already paid,let us make it prepaid so you buy as and when you need it.Then come the 25th Jan after I took a rain contract. Telkom goes and debits my account.I then reversed the order since this is not what we agreed on.Now to my surprise my credit rating moved from 92 to 0.Thanks to Telkom . I suppose we are meant to just lie down and let these companies give us empty promises,do as they please with our accounts and not say a word .All they have to do is report you to ITC and get your rating to look ridiculous. I don't even owe credit card and yet my score is 0 now.Thanks to Telkom and for trying to do things by the book.Stop fighting dirty My contract with you has ended long ago,stay out of my account.

(This is a no reply message).This really raise my hair and eyebrows why it would say activated.I must say this lady Michelle learnt from the best .She does not let up or give up.She kept trying to give me reason why they need my banking details.I told her this is where I draw the line and drop the phone.Platinum life,I dare you to debit my account without my go ahead. I swear I will not rest until I see justice for everyone you ever conned.I will be their mouth piece.
