This has to be the worst KFC to exist the staff and the food has no sense of pride in their work, it's as if they doing customers a favor to assist. I place my order with the lady dealing with the drive through and to my Suprise the buddy coldrink wasn't included as well as my streetwise 2 I had to pay an additional amount ontop of what I paid no apology or responsibility taken for the mess caused just that I have to pay the level of disrespect from the staff laughing at me as if I was wrong spoke volumes

A policy that lapses after 2 months(still within the 2nd month) no option for a manual payment to be done and yet the attitude received from a supervisor is to be questioned. I am writing to inform you that I am currently without employment after being let go from RVA Financial Services(Discovery Franchise) , where I have been employed since March 2024. On December 2nd, I was informed that my permanent contract was being terminated due to budget cuts. As per my understanding, budget cuts leading to terminations may constitute retrenchment, and I was not provided with any prior notice or communication. My financial advisor also performed well, and I was frequently incentivized for my positive contributions. Additionally, when I joined the company, I was made aware in my interview that employees receive two bonuses each year—one in June and another in December in which they received in June/December 2023. However, I never received any bonuses during my time there,when I asked he would extend it to the following month until he fired me before the December bonus, which has left me concerned. Furthermore, despite the abrupt termination, I was never given any verbal or written warnings regarding my performance. I also have not received the necessary UIF form to claim unemployment benefits despite requesting that it be sent. It is now December 18th, and I have yet to receive this documentation, which is adding to the challenges I'm currently facing. I believe that a company as large and reputable as Discovery should be looking into the operations of its franchises to ensure fair treatment of employees, particularly in cases like mine. The manner in which my termination was handled—without warning or proper documentation—raises significant concerns, and I am currently pursuing a case with the CCMA. I've never felt so frustrated by the level of services received from Lipco Law for all, I've been dealing with Candis Japhta her level of service and attitude is pathethic for a paying client to be treated as if she's doing us a favor. I have a labour dispute that is due to take place on the 7th January 2025 and instead of giving my case the necessary attention seeing that she's on leave from the the 23rd December 2024 aswell as January 2025, she instead reminds me about the 24-48 hours response time. To make matters worse the minute the employer responded to a certain request she automatically we should accept defeat as she's too lazy to respond based on evidence provided. Apart from submitting the documents to the ccma everything else was and is a hassle any information wanted has to come from me. Everytime you call she's on another call or in a meeting. There's no guidance or anything provided. Why have Lipco legal cover if they don't do there jobs to advise, take you through the process and prepare you for whatever case you have.
So am claim was rejected by MiWay as the assessors came for less than 2 minutes and gave them a complete different story as to what actually happened, the reason was that the contractor that installed the ceiling didn't do a proper job and I was told by Obakeng that I supposed to know it's wasn't installed properly. Obakeng was rude, unprofessional and had a ****ty attitude I fail to understand how I should if the contractor did a right job or not when I took out the policy they didn't ask if the work done was correct or if all the *****s were in it's correct positions. I would definitely not recommend MiWay to any person.
