They are truly the best in the market. The company is cutting edge and the systems they use are world-class. All the staff are excellent and highly intelligent individuals. The service that they provide is top notch. They also take a fraction of what other agencies take and then cover you legally, for non payment and for damages. They make property renting so easy. I presume any negative ratings on this page are from tenants who didn't pay rent or caused damage to a property. Five star ratings and more.
It took 6 months for my home loan to be approved with constant incorrect forms provided and awful service throughout. NOW EVEN THOUGH THE INSTALLMENT IS DEDUCTED THE HOME LOAN IS UNABLE TO BE PAYED OUT THE WITH NO ONE WILLING TO HELP! FNB secure chat, refers me to FNB home loans, they refer me to my personal banker (who does not respond to my emails). The personal banker finally refers me to a branch. The branch banker enquires from the FNB app and home loans and both saying that they have technician issues. After the banker again calls all the parties listed above no one is willing to help or even communicate with me. This has been the worst service of my life with this no care attitude.

Shockingly poor customer support - paid upfront for Nov on 30 Oct. Data and airtime was not uploaded. Citing technical problems which is frankly not my problem - you take my money and then you do not deliver and no updates or explanation, Me&You Mobile! Now without connectivity for 3 days. I am being held hostage. Most scary is that Me&You Mobile does not even respond to the hellopeter complaints. Scary.
A disaster of a network! As communicated from an industry insider they did not pay Cell C R4 000 000 hosting fee. All users were cut off without no communication. They don't ever answer their phones. I have been without a working sim for four weeks now and they don't allow me to port to another network.

Our company website was hacked with no notification from Cybersmart. It is quite unsettling how easily our website was hacked and even more so is that they provided 0% support. We phoned them but they assured us that our account was paid in full. Our web designer then informed Cybersmart that we have been hacked, after which Cybersmart mailed a standard notification to tell us our website was hacked. So much for non-existing and shocking client service. Good-bye Cybersmart I am happy to forfeit the part of my pre-paid fee to Cybersmart. Good riddance.

Bought a Hisense smart TV with the DSTV now app preinstalled but unable to play live TV. The rep at Pick & Pay Hyper didn't assist with the sale (ironically the Skyworth rep) at all but was quick to ask the slip so that they could get commission. We are assured that all apps worked perfectly. The biggest problem is that I have spent hundreds of Rands calling the call centre over and over again Kevin Mlolomba for Hisense simply has to send a software update via email to me but this is never done.
