I tried to register for the new Better Rewards but, Dischem seem to have an issue with my I.D. number. You are advertising these "Better Rewards" everywhere yet it is not a seamless process applying for them. How many times would you like me to try via WhatsApp? I will not fight to be recognized by Dischem. Clearly you don't want all of your customers to benefit therefore you don't need my business. I will shop elsewhere. Pathetic! Keep your rewards!!

I reported our phone is dead on Thursday 29 September. The technician told me that there is a problem with a cable in the area. Nothing has been fixed so we sit without a landline yet again!!!!!! This is the second time in two weeks!!!!!! Ticket no. 67281606
I reported that our landline is dead on Friday 16 September. On the same day technicians arrive at our gate, hoot once and before we can even get to the gate to open for them, they just drive off. Since then, absolutely no communication from Telkom side. Our line is still not working and I’m forced to beg for service. We need our landline to function. Can your technicians please come and do the job or should we just cancel our line?!!??? Ticket no. 66076379

This bank is lucky to get even 1 star. Not only is their service atrocious but, they treat their customers so disgustingly! I've been with Absa for the past 13 years and I have yet to experience good service!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shameful!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom's network is awful!! Very seldom have signal and messages take hours to go through, IF they go through at all!!! It's so frustrating being a Vodacom customer!!
Your call centre agents are extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't really care to receive phone calls from you in the first place but, when I say I'm not interested, they can at least say "Thank you for your time". Instead they just hang up without saying a word. It has left a negative impression of your company and I would never consider using Clientele for cover in the future. Train your staff to treat prospective customers better!!
The Sunward Park branch is very disorganized. First thing in the morning, when there are very few people, they tell you that they cannot help you. Why are they even open then??? The woman at the door with the iPad and thermometer is extremely arrogant and unhelpful!!! Also, the ATM's are either out of order or offline very frequently!!! I've been complaining about ABSA's ATM's for the last 3 years and they just don't care!!!!!!!!!!! The Sunward Park branch in particular should just close because you can always count on bad service!!!! I'm strongly considering changing to another bank as ABSA is nothing but inefficient and they do not care about their customers. ABSA has no right to claim it offers the best service!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!
