i am till today waiting for a consultant to give me a call with regards to my pension withdrawal?i am still getting th run around?what is the SLA/Turnaround time? i keep having to use my own money to call and make follow ups,its getting Ridiculous
Bumblebee at Beacon @Blueberry has zero regard for patrons and kids alike,my child came complaining saying how he rudely moved asked her to move away from him,i was a witness to this the second time it happened…also why is there a rule as to how many people are allowed to take videos of him?we had to wait while he was giving instructions that only one person take a video of him,is this a general rule?if so maybe let us know so we can decide to spend our hard earned money where we can capure our childrens celebration how we please
I am soo frustrated by the lack of uniformity in the accounts department I made a call to accounts and spoke to someone who i unfortunately did not the name of was i wanted to enrol my other daughter but couldn’t do so as there is an amount outstanding (this wouldn’t be the case if we received regular statements) upon making payment arrangements this individual then tells me that they are comfortable with the arrangements and that i can continue with the enrolments… only to get a call from enrolment saying there is no indication/sign of the arrangement and they cannot find who i was speaking to as if i made the arrangement with an entire ghost who gave me false information and not my daughter is just sitting at home and not go to school… Sort this out please

i was assisted by Thebe, whom which i outright told that I am not interested in any add Ons, he completely disregarded my instructs and signed me up for a whole host of things and had money debited as a result...I WANT MY MONEY BACK THE RELATIONSHIP TERMINATED
Im not sure why my account is handed over as i paid the amount in arrears and i gave them dates TWICE to collect their damn router and they never did You need to collect your router and clear those damn arrears
I called cell c to get a settlement figure in feb with the hopes of cancelling my contract,I final figure was given to me nd i was assured that keeping the lines on contract that are fully paid up would not be a problem..fast forward a fee months down the line i am told thr is an amount outstanding on the contract and i keep speaking to incompetent staff who are not able to resolve me issues
Saying this company and this driver are God sent would be understating it...firstly my car was stuck...my cellphone b3 was @ 1% wen i decided to request nd died while i was loading my request soo i was sure my request didnt go thru until the ANGEL named LESEGO in a Nissan Almera (FX70HD GP) came thru nd relentless drove me around till my car problems were sorted nd i was surprised to see how cheap my trip was..words fail me #Greatbusiness
