I dealt with Precious Dlamini. She was an excellent agent, who identified my problem quickly and escalated it to the relevant department. In no time I was registered on the 1Life rewards app. She also kept her promise to call me back once she had received positive feedback from her I.t. department.
Every month I receive an SMS stating I must pay a small amount to settle my alleged debt with a certain company. I know it's a con to get me to admit that I acknowledge debt. So No go!! You guys will harass me till they kingdom come and never send me a Paid up letter even if I pay that amount for supposed debt. Anyway, you send the Same standard reply here to everyone who complained about your ****ty company and service. EG. " Creditworx (S&V)'s reply: 06 Jun 2023, 11:07 Good day, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The account will be investigated and our office will revert to you with feedback. The account has been placed on hold to prevent further contact. Please allow 24 hours for your contact details to be removed from our automated dialler. I bought a Money Transfer voucher on 29/08/23 at Grassy park post office. When the receiver tried to cash it, they said Pin was invalid. I then went back to GP post office and asked for a refund so that I could send the money another way. The clerk, Ms L Herbert said first that we must check pin and told me to punch it in. Whereupon their 'system' said Pin invalid again. I told her that it is impossible since I only use this one pin. I demanded a refund. She refused and said that she needs to email H/O first. Why I don't know. Well it's been a week now and still NO response from H/O.. I also sent multiple emails to the Post Office H/o and never received a response. I don't see why I cannot get my money back. The pin was for the benefit of the receiver to access the money. Since their system got it scrambled the receiver can't get it. However since I am the person who created this money transfer voucher, all I need to cash my money is producing my i.d. Which I did!! They will see that it corresponds with i.d. number on voucher and that's all proof that's needed to process my refund. Why can't the clerk, ms L Herbert acknowledge this??!! The fact that their 'System' couldn't pay out thousands of pensioners and Sassa grant recipients their money this month shows that their system is malfunctioning. I put the money in and I should be able to request a refund. That's it!
The ladies toilets at Numetro Canal walk is in a deplorable state. After paying an 'Arm and a Leg' for the #VIP experience, not even their soft seats can make up for the terrible state of their toilets. The doors cannot lock, only two of the basins taps were working, but one of them was shooting water all over the place and the other squirted out water for 3 seconds at a time. The toilets was unflushed. Their were NO cleaning staff in sight! The toilet paper was one ply. Did I mention I paid almost R500 for 2 people including the burnt popcorn and cheap soda stream type cooldrinks? The only thing that made my visit to the cinema worthwhile was Tom Cruise. He never disappoints. Next time I'll try streaming.
I like that they keep me updated to progress if my purchase. However it still takes way longer to deliver than other companies like takealot
Sometimes they are cheaper than the other online shops, but just their delivery time is so long... However they do keep you updated every step of the way.
I enjoy buying online on Zando app. They have every clothing and shoes brand available. Their prices are very competitive. The delivery is extremely fast. They keep you up to date with the whole delivery process which is a pleasure.
I love dealing with Takealot. They have everything I need. And want. I collect by their depot in Ottery. The staff are fast and efficient. Truly a pleasure, hassle free shopping experience.

So you deducted R60. Not acceptable. !! I have called in numerous times. I have emailed you about this many times. Still you deduct!? Stop this debit. The voucher was already paid back last month.
