I was called by an agent selling me an upgrade on my current package (router). He told me that they will send me the latest device since mine is the old 1. I agreed thinking it's just an upgrade not a new contract Only 2 my suprise I receive a billing statement stating that I have 2 devices that render the same service at 1 household. What will I be doing with two routers which do the same thing? I sent emails called and no1 has gotten back to me Calls are recorded there is a recording of me asking the consultant if I will be debited twice and he said no, I really do not need a second contact, I haven't even used the new router Only thing I Got is a Reference RCO 581889 Iv been calling and emailing but I don't get any response I'm really disappointed on the sales agent
My Late Dad passed on in January ( may his soul continue resting in peace). So as procedure my Mom went to all banks to close his accounts. Every other bank assisted effectively besides CAPITEC My Mom has been to the Protea Glen branch more than 4 times now and each time she is assisted by a different consultant who always promises to give her feedback. They always request the very same documents that she submits, promise to do follow-ups but they never do On the last visit on the 10th of May 2024 she even spoke to the Manager who took down her details and reassured her that he would personally contact her to this day nothing as been said no contact has been made I know this because she is always accompanied by me. She still has her mourning clothes and can't keep on going up and down to that Branch
Hi on the 27 February 2024 i made an order via Payjustnow, it stipulated there that the courier fee will be R150.00 which was included already on the amount I'll be paying on a monthly basis. A day later we get a call from a guy who refused to give us his name from Precision Wheel Solution who then told us that the courier fee will be R650.00 and we have to pay it before delivery. When questioned why it's not written or stipulated when we made the order he then said it was a system issue. We requested to talk to the Manager he just hung up and to our surprise we saw that it was refunded to the Payjustnow wallet without our acknowledgment. When we call he just hangs up the phone since the call goes straight to him. I feel like he was trying to de***** us and they are very unprofessional

I would like to lay a complaint of a consultant who was Rude to me and was told to take my business elsewhere if I want to. She wasn't sympathetic with me in anyway. Iv been a loyal customer with you guys for the longest time for me to get such service is not on at all I was involved in an accident and no contact was made to me nor my alternative number she told me that she can't give me answers as she doesn't know what happened Consultant name is Thoko Sithole
Iv been waiting for my online order for over 2hrs and when you call to check what's delaying them they don't even pick up the phone Protea Glen Mall Debonairs really sucks .... what a way to end a year 😠
<p>April 4th 2017 my insurance finally made a payment of R100 000.00 into the renault princess crossing (Multipurpose). Was told that it was gna b a 1day thing for delivery , signing of documents and all. I had initially deposited R2000 as "a holding deposit fee"</p> <p>Prior to that i was told that they didnt have electricity but they will be able to use alternative branches to assist.</p> <p>When the day came i was told that they will not be able to use alternative branches because the staff there have their own work to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fine i went on to purchase another vehicle elsewhere.</p> <p>Now i asked to be refunded was told that "it wont be just a refund" when i asked what he meant the manager never replyed till this day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iv been communicating with the manager from the 13th until he was unreachable and stopped returning my emails.</p> <p>Iv trief by all means to communicate but cant get thru to them.</p>
<p>Experiencing the worst customer service with this insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iv been waiting for the Mrp payment since begining of March and i was told by my broker which is Meliorleaf that it was only going to 7 days, and now its been almost 2mnths.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iv been very patient and i feel i have been undermined.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iv tried contacting them telephonically serveral times and it has reached a point where they are not even taking my calls.</p> <p> </p>
