I'm writing this with a heavy heart, that I should be treated like this by multichoice/ dstv.I sent emails, made call, went their outlet snd being charged more money, reporting a bad service I received from your company. No one ever gave attention to this until I paid my own money to get the dish to be fixed. Ever since this decoder was upgraded. It's been problem after problem, that costs me so much money and cause so much inconvenience. Just last night. I had to pay money again because of the negligence I had been getting from your company. I don't know i should escalate the matter to ombudsman so that I can be give the proper service I deserve. After this price lock stupid agreement I did with you guys. I'm really considering moving to using other tv services. I'm really hurt and angry at the same time. I'm the only person who works in my family, yet all dstv does is to milk more money from me. I'm so hurt and angry. I regret the day I made this agreement with you. I could. I would just cancel the whole thing. Your customer service is the worst in this world, causing so much heartache.
I’m so angry right now, even regret taking a contract phone with my husband. We should have known better! We bought a contract phone for my husband in August 2022. The consultant who assisted us convinced us to take up their phone insurance, so we did. I January 3rd 2023. My husband got ****** and the phone was forcefully taken from. We did the claim, submitted all requested documents, to this day. He hasn’t received another phone. We call numerous time to inquire, but nothing seems to work. They level of professionalism is just the worst with Telkom mobile. The monthly deductions are still continuing for the phone and insurance!
I bought a steel ironing board in march for R315.00 from Osbro Evaton Mall. To my surprise the ironing board broke. When I took it back. I sent my son to buy some stuff at Stretford Spar. He was helped by Namhla Dottie. I had sent him to also to a cash at till withdrawal. Namhla told him he will have to buy something that costs at least R10 to be able to do the withdrawal. This came as a shock cause he had already paid R52.87 worth of mini groceries. Does every Spar do that or it’s only the Stretford spar. I’m disappointed!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from Auto Pedigree. The unprofessional treatment I have been getting since I bought the car last year in December. It's been been complain after complain to them they don't take me seriously
