bad service , unresponsive whatsapp number I have no internet and I'm waiting for a live agent I done everything Zoe told me ,the worst customer service
During the week I called SARS, to do my company tax return and got cut off 3 time after holding for a very long time, the last one on Thursday 27/03/2025 I called and held for 1 hour 45 minutes,a lady by the name Varushna answered the call ,I introduced myself, as I was explaining my reason for the call,she kept quiet,I could hear her colleagues in the background engaging with other clients,she put the phone down on me and didn't bother to call me back. You except us to do the right thing and pay our taxes but we receive poor service like this, this is uncalled for.
PnP sells worsrol out side the store, but they only start to braai the wors at 12:00, so we must wait there for and wait our whole lunch hour for the wors to braai finish, can someone please make it make sense? why not start to braai the wors at 10:00 so that we can come and buy and leave ? why is it so difficult ?

I said yes and I've got a case number, she went to chat with the manager and returned with the story that I must be accompanied by a police officer in order for them to assist me. Cash Converters were really helpful they even send out comms to other Cash converters stores. So guys know who you're dealing with,very bad service from Cash crusaders who are protecting ********ity.

Hi ,I went to nedbank Silverton today to collect my new nedbank card, the lady told me to take a seat she'll attend to me just now, 30 minutes past I got up and asked the lady when she will assist me? Only than was I given a ticket, I still waited 45 minutes to assisted only to told that my has card is still at mamelodi, I told the lady that I was at the mamelodi branch and they said the card was with you but she rudely insisted she does not have the card.
My 1st payment was due for 17th of June 2023 and I've got two other investments with them. their website is down ,phones are off emails are bouncing back. How can we open a case against this Darren Langbein guy ? he's the biggest ****mer .
They have one person working at money market on month end weekend. We've been standing here for an hour
