Not delivering full items
Dear KFC, Layigng a complain on the Spruitview, We have orderd Big 6 deal,1 x big deal and 1x Hash veggie and the scooter person only delivers only one item( 6 Big deal). We have tried several times to make the call to get an asssistance but they kept on dropping the call.

Cancelled contract but still billing
Dear Telkom Re: Acc ***1 I have received the worst treatment from you after been the loyal customer for 4 years, paying my install fees religously. You have forward me to the Nudebt Debt collectors after cancelling the contract, on top of that you have blilled me the invoice i dont understand. I have sent you an e-mail on the 09/09/2024. Why have you forward my account to debt collectors without responding to the query ?

Service not equal
Dear Sasol, On Thursday, 01/08/2024, the petrol attendants at Nortmead were attending a white customer instead of me, as I had come first to pour the petrol. The tendency was not the first time it happened, and they are usually so slow to assist. I was forced to go and pour in the nearby Egen Garage. Regards Lwazi

BBBEE - Certificate taking forever to published
Dear CIPC, We have apply for the BBBEE certiificate last month for us to be able to start veturing for possible jobs, CIPC hasn't yet published it. we would like to know why do they take such a long time to publish?
