I have moved to Cartack from July 2024 - and now in Jan 2025 was told to pay a rather hefty fee to De register and re-register in new vehicle. I arranged this after being on call for over 20 min - booking was then done for 10.01 at 8am. After enquiry at 12pm on 10.01 it was noted that de register wasn't done. This after email, SMS confirmation including confirmed booking reference confirming date and time. I then spent a further 30 min calls back and forth to try and distinguish what is going on as this needed to be done. I was told by Leboghile that they will chat to me after 6 clients before me. Should this not be addressed i will cancel my contract and NOT pay cancellation as if i cant get asssistance and trust confirmation thereof - i cant trust tracking service.
We ordered our couches online - and they kept in contact with us as to when delivery would take place - it would be nice though if discount could be offered at R50K spend rather than 100K i- other than that - Good Service!
I have emailed Netstar from Monday 03.06.2024 for cancellation and possible tracking of new vehicle / and have called them every day (several time) since and have had to hold on for over 15 min for calls not answered. I have also emailed everyday with no update of cancellation. Today is Thursday 06.06.2024 - this debit order will now be cancelled on my side and i WILL NEVER se NETSTAR again - i have moved on to use a different service provider for new device. Tough luck Netstar your service SUCKS!
We have been holding off on doing this review as we write this review with a heavy broken heart. My Fiancé and I planned our wedding at Cradle Valley for 26 January 2024 based on an open day viewing 9 August 2023. The venue was like "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" along with booking our special date with Mimie as there was a lot of valued added promised to us for our special day, part of that confirmed why this venue was the venue our of choice. My MOH and I spent the night at the venue which I felt was a great idea to unwind prior to our big day. The dinner served that night was just as spectacular as the breakfast the next morning (even though I couldn't eat much) and the room we stayed in was spacious and tidy. Sadly, on our wedding day we slowly felt let down by broken promises. In brief summary: No support / assistance on the day as we had to continually call in for what we needed - I was ready to walk down isle at 16:00pm - and nobody came to fetch us, I had to call numerous time to ask if all was okay - I asked that my 77 year old frail father could be escorted to my room yet he was left to find his own way to me - Guest names spelt incorrectly on the chalk board seating plan - The chalk board entering the chapel was blank while guests entered and our meaningful poem only added after, incomplete - Alcohol drinks were served to our guest who took them into the chapel prior to the ceremony (after we were told they would be served refreshing infused water prior to ceremony) - Wet wood at the boma after the venue closed clouded and smoked out the boma experience - Jacuzzi in the honeymoon suit was over 40 degrees (way too hot to use) - The doughnuts were not served in the buffet area as it was meant to, instead served in the bar area and not everybody knew this so most of our guest didn't get dessert - We asked for the bench with pillows in chapel to be removed which was not done, this got in the way of our photographers - Luggage of the bridal partly was also not moved to correct rooms after ceremony which left the groom tooth brushless the following morning etc. The next day we all, bridal party and guests (bearing in mind the entire venue was booked out by our guests, felt rushed to exit the venue not due to a wedding being held but due to a show day happening on that day. What saddens us about all this is that we went through to the venue to chat with Mimie a number of times prior to the day to ensure everything would go as planned. I planned my wedding day with so much effort. As much as we understand things go wrong, we were left a tad heartbroken. We had since been to chat to Rynard directly straight after our honeymoon and in all honesty, Rynard carefully listened to us taking notes in-between, the further feedback we received on email showed that they took our unhappiness seriously and will use this to further train all staff at Cradle Valley in order to ensure a consistent 5-star rating. In addition, Rynard offered us a complimentary dinner with B&B in the honeymoon suite on an available date of our choice, which we have book accordingly and are so looking forward to. In having said all this, the responses from our guests we have seen and been in contact with since (that didn't notice any of the above) was exceptionally OVERWHELMING... as said by many - "OUR WEDDING DAY WAS THIS WAS THE BEST WEDDING THEY HAD EVER ATTENDED" #ourheartsareonthemend
SHOCKING SERVICE - I called in to get advice on lump sum I was paying on my vehicle finance - I was told to email Fareed De Koker he emailed me options and once I paid the amount I mailed him asked to restructure as per emails - it's been a week and NOTHING been done - I have called into the call center daily being told Fareed is not in and nobody can assist me - there is also no manager available to talk to and supervisor put the phone down on me. I have reverted to complaints department and still await feedback. I will NEVER bank with ABSA again - thank goodness I have no other account other than vehicle.

<p>I went to Nandoes at Banburg Crossing on Monday evening. Ordered a Lemon & Herb Chicken strips & rice with extra sauce at 17:44. Only got my meal at 18:22. this was a take away. On arrival at home, i found that this was extra hot, with only 3 pieces of chicken and NO EXTRA sauce. This is not the first time that i have had such Discusting service from this Nandoes! i called this branch several time, and no answer. Nandoes is not a cheap take away! Its a desired taste, but not when when you recieve your order and its not correct. I am so sick and tired of this **** service! Never again will they see me!!!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I have been to spec savers sunninghill numerous times, and each time the service has been nothing but shocking. Nobody calls to follow up. Two weeks ago i ordered my contact lences. I had to follow up on this order today - 2 1/2 weeks later. I then get told that i was sent a sms on the 12/04 that they were ready for collection, but NOBODY from their side bothered to follow up with a call, as i NEVER received this sms! then i ask if its been invoiced and paid by my Medical aid. Firstly i was told that it wasnt paid by medical aid, and when i asked what the reason for this is, i was then told that it was actually invoiced out for cash pmt??? ***!!! Does noboy know what the hell is going on. I will NEVER go back there. I will also make a point of letting people know of this shocking service, and this is not acceptable. I went there as it is convenient for me, but after numerous time of Lack of service, this will be the last time they see me! JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!</p>
<p>Seriously FRUSTRATED! The lack of customer / technical service is incompetent!! I have been to a vodecom shop 3 Times, and still my problem is not sorted. I then contacted the call centre on Saturday spent 25min on the phone waiting for someone to assist. The problem i have is that when someone calls me, it rings once on their side, then give engaged signal. I then see it as a missed call on my phone. The person on the other side of the line, said they would contact me back as they could see the problem was a network issue. NO ONE CALLED BAC**** I then called into the call centre again Yesturday, and again i was told that they would address this issue and call back to see if the problem was sorted. Until now NO ONE CALLED BAC**** This number is currently on month to month. Due to the LACK of service from Vodecom, should this not be addressed in 12 hours time, i will be upgrading with another service provider. I CANNOT ACTUALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT VODECOM SERVICE, AS IT DOESNT EXIST!!!</p>
