I ordered a pop up wallet for my husband on 18 December as a Christmas gift. On the 21st of December I made a follow up as I have not received any feedback. Kai informed me that their shipment has not yet come in, but the courier is on its way if I would like to select another product, which I then did. I received my tracking number on 22 December, but have not yet received my parcel, as it has been diverted. I contacted Wallet Junkie again, when they informed me that my package has only been handed over to the courier on 3 January, and not 22 December as initally shown. I asked for a refund as I honestly feel like I have been scammed, when I was informed that they can't do a refund until I receive my package. I can then request for it to be picked up and only then can they process a refund. So in other words, I am out of money, I have not received anything, and will only be able to get my money back once I receive my parcel, if ever. Do not ever buy anything from them. Horrible and dishonest service!
I have registered for Dis-Chem's baby programme when I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks. My baby is due and I have not yet received any notification thay I can collect my bag, despite probably spending about R2500 on qualifying items. I followed up on Saturday, turns out someone has cancelled my card so I have been spending at Dis-Chem for nothing. I feel this is utterly unprofessional - like I said, my baby is due in 3 weeks and nothing.
Very bad customer service. I received a R300 gift voucher for my bridal shower. I have placed an order about 2 months ago, has not receive it up to date. I also struggled ro place an order, as I tried on the website, then the lady let me know to place my order on whatsapp, but she never even replied to my message. Eventually I followed up and she told me the same as all the other customers - "Our whatsapp is very busy." Appoint someone then who can assist you in placing orders, or get a different system. Really disappointed.
We decided to buy a car in February of 2018. We went to Just Carz as we thought that such a big name would have amazing client service. WRONG!! We first decided on a Hyundai i10, after a week, we noticed that one tyre is severely damaged. Took it back and they fixed. Few days after that, the car would just completely cut out while driving and is unable to start. They tried fixing it several times but was unsuccessful. They offered to give us another car and reduce the price. We though okay WOW what amazing service. But for some reason we were only allowed that car as all other cars (even the ones equal to the amount of the Hyundai i10) were apparently already sold (Just weird that all if those vehicle are still there 6 months later???). 2 months went by when we noticed that they have not yet amended the financing. After numerous attempts where they promised to come back a few hours later, we eventually got a response from them. No, now they have to apply for new financing, AFTER WE ALREADY PAID 3 MONTHS!! We forced them to take the car back and sign a contract never to contact us ever again and that all debts are settled! Really horrible experience, would not recommend them to anyone!
I would not recommend Crazy Wood******s in Vanderbijlpark to anyone. I contacted Pauline 2 weeks ago regarding a quotation for wedding stationary. Up to date she has not responded, and when I follow up she just ignores my messages. I feel like as a wedding service provider, the bride has to feel comfortable through ALL stages of wedding planning. I am really disappointed.
Tracy has until now provided amazing service and I can not wait to get married next year.
Heidi from Heidi Mari Photography is one of the most ethical people I have ever met. We paid over the amount for our wedding photos, but by accident paid over R1000 too much. She gladly refunded the excess amount. What an amazing person!
I ordered a product for a birthday gift and asked that it should be delivered before the weekend. It was delivered the next day! I am really impressed with your service and will certainly recommend you to friends and family!
If I could not rate it even a 1 star it would be more suitable. I ordered a cheese and bacon burger today and waited for a whole hour for it to be delivered. Steers is 2 km from my house. It is unbelievable seeing that i need to pay R15 delivery! When it got here it was cold and not tasty at all. I am really unsatisfied. And head office please do me the pleasure not to paste the same comment that you posted for all other Steers complaints....
<p>We joined Day 1 Health in January of 2017 and could not have asked for any better service. All chronic medication of mine has been approved immediately.</p>
