Good day. We received a message via SMS on my mother’s phone stating that there is an outstanding account with ER Consulting and that the account has been handed over to attorneys. Firstly, this looks like a **** to me, because why would the account be sent via SMS to my mother? If this is not a **** and there is indeed an outstanding account, I would like to see proof that the account was emailed to my husband, Mr. S.F. Potgieter. I would just like to give a compliment to Zwile at HiFi Corporation Klerksdorp. I came to buy an HP Ryzen 7 on Saturday, 21 February, and they did not have stock available. Two of the sales staff told me they could order the laptop for me and that I would only receive it on Wednesday. Alternatively, I could buy it at Incredible and pay a thousand rand more if I was in a hurry. When I got to the till to pay and chose to wait until Wednesday for my laptop, Zwile overheard the conversation and told them no, he would arrange for the laptop to be collected from Matlosana Mall. I received my laptop the very same day thanks to Zwile’s efficient service. I also lost my receipt and called to ask if Zwile could send it to me. He promptly sent it via WhatsApp and even called me to make sure that I had received it. That is excellent service! I am not sure whether Zwile is the manager, but if he is not, I suggest that you please consider making him the manager because he is management material. He is friendly, helpful, and sharp. The rest of the staff in that store do not seem to know what is going on. I would also suggest further training for the inexperienced staff in that store. I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter on 25 November regarding my debt review status still being reflected on ABSA’s system. Despite both myself and our attorney sending the clearance certificate multiple times via email, together with supporting proof confirming that we are no longer under debt review, ABSA has refused to update the status accordingly. Ms Zwane, Officer: Processing Customer Service (Maintenance Listings Department), responded to my HelloPeter complaint and informed me that there is no debt review hold reflected on my ABSA account. I requested that she provide me with written proof confirming that my debt review status reflects as cleared. To date, I have received no further feedback from her. My husband and I are currently in the process of purchasing a house. The bond originator has since received feedback from ABSA confirming that our home loan application was declined due to our debt review status still reflecting on the system. I have been struggling with ABSA since the end of 2023 to have this issue properly recorded and corrected. I now formally demand that this matter be escalated to the highest authority within ABSA and that it be resolved urgently, preferably today, as it is causing serious financial and personal prejudice. Absa debt counseling department: We have finished our debt counseling in 2023. The clearance certificate was send in December 2023 and 19 May 2025.Still the debt counseling department refuses to update the system. We still reflect as if we are under debt review.There is a hold on our profile the code is 035 no further advance.When the homeloan department requested that the debt counseling department update the hold they rejected the request because they said there is a risk code on.When I phoned the debt counseling department they said they did not receive any emails.I the client and the debt counselor have send many emails with the clearance certificate attached.We are in the process of buying a property and need this issue to be resolved ASAP. Utterly disgusting with flexjobs. Signing up for a free trail, they forcing one to put in your bank details after a certain time day deduct money from from my account forcing me into more financial strain.Ive contacted them immediately after they deducted money from my account with no help .After cancelling the force membership they still deducted money from my account.I want my money back!!!!!!
I'm trying to change the details of the debit order of my life policy to a new contributor/payer.There was a problem with section 3.2 . Each time I would reply and tell them I've updated the form with 3.2 and each time it's a new agent replying asking the same question over and over that I must complete section 3.2 and I would reply that I did complete it and send it through.We are going in circles and getting nowhere.This morning they reply with an email that the form of 25/12/2024 is outdated and must be updated again.This is ridiculous.Each agent has their own story.Can a manager please contact me.I also send in a form for the change of beneficiary.I would like confirmation on that.Please contact me
I made an order online for 13 December 9:05am at Parys Rivershed Mall KFC.We received the food at 09:25am.Its totally unexpectable.Im on the road and in a great hurry thats why I made use of the app so I can just pick up the food and go.Not to wait an extra 20 min.Food were not prepare beforehand.I order 6 chicken nuggets and received only 4.We wanted to use the toilet and was told it was blocked so we waisted another 10 minutes looking for a bathroom.We wanted coffee and was told they don't have coffee but the machine was standing there.The wraps were also cold.Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff not really interested in helping customers.
Good day. It seems that we have an outstanding account with you from 2019.We received no account in the mail or email. People have called me and told me that the account was behind and I have asked on numerous occasions please email me the account. It was not done. We have send four emails last year requesting an account with no success. My husband received an sms with an amount 3 times more that the orginal when they called me. I dont know if this is a scam or not and would like to settle the account if it is outstanding. But I will not pay intrest on that account I have the proof on email requesting the account so that I can pay it. Please do not refer me to vericredit because there are a lot of incompetent people working there Im not interest in speaking with them.
Ive been waiting for my medical aid card from September 2020.Its almost 8 months. How long must I still go without a medical aid card?You use covid for your incompetence and not doing your work. I would like to receive my cards now. My broker has send numerous emails asking for the cards.
We bought a new epson eco tank L3150 in February. The wireless option did not work. We send it back to the store and waited almost two months. When we received our printer back it came back without the cd, books and power supply. How must I use the printer
