WISH THERE IS A OPTION FOR ZERO STARS! BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THERESA SHE IS A *****. I paid a deposit last year June 2023 for a 4door wardrobe then completed the full payment. We are currently in August 2024 more than a year later and I have been struggling to get it delivered. According to Theresa they don't stock it anymore but they could still get it for me. I have been in contact with her on whatsapp constantly she either doesn't respond after reading my messages who takes days to get back to me. The past week I had confirmed would like my delivery on Monday 26 August 2024 she agreed. Then over the weekend I just sent reminders about our arrangement and she started ignoring my messages(this tells me she did not organize it) Monday came and of co**** there was no delivery so I went to the store to find out & Theresa is not there. Firstly there was no 4door wardrobe ready for delivery & when I explain my situation to the staff who knows I have been there a few times already it seems like they are scared of Theresa, always saying they don't know where she is(imagine your Manager is not contactable if anything happens in the shop all the lies) the one guy when I asked him what his boss name is he say he doesn't know what a joke how can you not know your boss's name. I asked them to phone her while I am in store & told they don't have airtime really I asked what kind of business are you running to not be able to contact your boss. I called from my phone and of co**** that is the phone which is in the store Portia tells me to call her on whatsapp which I did & it just rings. I have now resorted to posting on all their social media platforms and she has blocked me on whatsapp/instagram/tiktok/facebook definitely guilty of *****ing. Please do not support this business I made the mistake in supporting small business & this is the way they treat their customers after receiving our payments. It's disgusting & she keeps posting videos on the socials but not able to deliver my paid for wardrobe. THERESA JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK! WARNING DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE THEY ARE *****STER! I'LL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM!
Myself and family are huge fans of Burger King imagine the disappointment when purchasing at Kenilworth Centre Branch and the food was not up to standard it was cold and not fresh. Firstly I asked for one of the burgers to have no sauce, no garnish and cheese when we got home realized it still came with cheese and sauce. What a waste as this was for my son so he ended up not having a burger. When I asked if one of the burgers had no sauce and garnish and cheese the staff member who handed my food was very abrupt in the way she responded to me tone was not very nice. The fries were disgustingly cold, greasy with no salt, I saw it standing ready to be packaged but if only I had asked how long it had been standing there and requested a fresh batch. The cheeseburgers had way too much sauce on which did not compliment it and rolls tasted stale, the burger was not fresh at all tasted bad. I was not asked which cooldrink I wanted but was poured Pepsi the cup was just put down on the counter no indication it was mine, the cooldrink fountain is hidden away at the back of the store what happened to "Complimentary fountain drink refills"? Your advertising should change if we are no longer allowed to make use of the complimentary fountain as it is deceiving. The staff were standing around looking bored with no smiles on the face, not the friendliest. I could see how 2 staff members were preparing the food not sure if he was training the other but the rolls were not immediately put on paper package but on the surface. Overall experience at the Kenilworth branch was bad The Food Quality was Poor so I would never ever come back here.
On Black Friday 24 November I called Claremont Branch to find out if their 20% discount is on for the entire weekend a friendly staff member answered & assisted me. I took advantage of the 20% discount on stationery for my sons school list for next year since Waltons had this for the entire weekend it was such a breeze. I ordered online and received my invoice stating collection would be ready by 4 December but to my surprise yesterday 29 November an sms and email came through saying my order is ready ☺ Niwnthat is fast and efficient service. Thank you Team Waltons Claremont for your prompt assistance in getting my order sorted. HAPPY MOM = HAPPY GRADE 4 LEARNER FOR 2024 #BlackFriday
On 26/09/23 I bought a bacon loaf cold meat pack at Shoprite Southfield to my surprise the one day I didn't check the expiry date was actually when I should have as the BB date 18/09/23 which is 8 days after the shelf life SHOCKING to say the least. I returned it the next day and all I got from the Manager was a "Sorry Mam I will get them to remove it" REALLY why was it still in the fridge for consumers to buy? You have confirmed my perception over the years of not buying any fresh meat foods from Shoprite. Reminder to everyone to please check sell by dates specifically when there is a SPECIAL.
Shocking Service ordered on whatsapp at 10h18 our order arrives at 11:28 with a missing cooldrink 2 hours later, I messaged to advise even sent a picture they advised would send but at 13h11 nothing arrived I explained its 2 hours later again I was told "Yes we are busy will send as soon as we can" I then respond saying this is shocking service since it was their mistake. I'm then told the driver gave me 2 bottles of coke. I then sent the picture again "500ml coke missing. My initial order was also wrong because I just ordered the burger with chips didn't ask for a cooldrink with it but since it came and you charged for it we took it." I'm still questioned at this stage "How many cold drinks did you get in total 3 or 4" I referred to the above picture and was just told "Okay sending now" No apology whatsoever about the mistake and how long we waited all in all. Terrible customer service I personally would never order anything from them. There is no e-mail address but their contact number is 0822165595.
One Saturday I took my son stationery shopping it was a real daunting task going from one shop to the other and ending up not having every item on the detailed grade 1 list. There was a very specific dictionary needed and when phoning around to book and stationery shops I realised it was a popular back to school item and sold out everywhere. I made a last attempt call before giving up to PNA in Plumstead and Nicola assisted me to check if any in stock there came back to say none however she saw one of the stores has stock and offered to call them to make double sure they have and if so asked if I prefer to collect it at Plumstead then it can be arranged but she will call me right away to confirm they have stock. She did exactly that and promised to call me once it arrives at the store. The next day I received the call I was delighted that the search was over. She kept it aside for me until I could collect. Nicola extremely friendly and so helpful this is what Quality Customer Service is keep Up the great work you will go far in life. Employers should commend their staff for such great service. Thank You.
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I placed online order ********** 30207 Tuesday 7th February total R210.95 (2x4pack cotton receivers R69.99*2=R139.98,4 pack texaline place mats R25.99,urban hello hanging wall plaque R9.99 & family love plaque R19.99) completed the EFT payment.On 10 February I received an email from Ashley Jenneker a voucher R35.98 for items that was sold out (4 pack texaline place mats R25.99 & urban hello hanging wall plaque R9.99).Then 17 February collected from Diepriver store but only given one 4pack receiver & infinity plaque.I asked the cashier why there was only 1 receiver pack & not 2 as I was not refunded for this yet.They advised I will still receive the email which I waited for.The "email us" link on your email does not work I tried no response & emailed ********** what false advertising that email does not even work did not go through it gives an error message.Then I decided to email the agent who originally sent me refund Ashley Jenneker directly Wednesday 22nd February as previous email I quote says " Please accept our sincerest apologies, and feel free to contact me should you have any further queries" I thought that this could be resolved but not even a word from this agent in response to my email "On Friday 17 February I collected my package and saw that only one 4pack cotton receiver was supplied even though I ordered as well as paid for two. Please assist." Next step I went to a MrP home store explained my issue & I was put through to an agent phoned from Claremont store 17 March 2017 spoke to Navashni was told that she needs to speak to teamleader as she cannot refund on her side because Ashley was supposed to send the voucher but did not.Navashni said she would call me back up until this day I have still been waiting on that call. Mr Price response time is so lacking in excellent customer service promises are made and no one gets back to me.Nobody is taking responsibility but passing the buck and totally ignoring a customer who took the initiative to try all avenues hoping to be assisted and refunded.Your online service sucks big time and you have got to better equip and train your agents on query resolution as this is not satisfactory at all.Please note the dates & how its almost 3 months later with no refund or apology.</span></p>
