I want to settle my account, but I need an updated statement. I have phoned and have been promised that a statement will be sent. I sent an email to addresses I have, however, I have been sent from pillar to post. I will now be paying the amount i have on an old statement and expect a paid up letter.
My partners account has been restricted because her income tax number is outstanding. No email notification no sms nothing to tell her that this is going to happen, it is just blocked. What if she had an emergency and had to access her money!! This unacceptable and frankly dangerous behaviour.

Can anyone at African bank please update my profile? My account was settled using the black friday offer, however, I am still being hounded and threatened for outstanding fees. Just trying to find out if outsurance is desperate for business. 36, yes 36 attempts at calling me in a 2 hour span! Don't ever try to get an online quote from them, they will harras you until you block the calls. All this happened while I was on another call. Even after rejecting the calls, they still persists! Insane
