I got ****med into a debit order acceptance on TIKTOK, When I realized that, literally 3 days later, I tried to reach the merchant to cancel but they obviously were non contactable. I asked my bank to cancel that debit order, they told me to either cancel my account with Capitec or find the *****ulent merchant . now money is out of my account and I am crying
I have been using the sani car rentals for some time and have never experienced horrible service until I used the branch at Cape Town International airport. My deposit has been held since the 24th of November, I have called a million times, no one in the branch knows what they are doing, I am referred from pillar to post and even told lies about my bank which when I contacted, I was told all they need to do is authorize the release which they have not done. SANI CAR RENTAL CAPE TOWN AIRPORT, ONLY USE IF YOU LOVE BAD SERVICE.
These guys are basically refusing to refund my money for an order they failed to deliver through their delivery partners. They keep telling me Uber guy tried to reach me, completely ignoring evidence that the guy never even reached destination. this means all the delivery partner has to do is try contact you whilst at wherever they are then cancel and eat your food, UberEATS will charge you for it. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE, I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!
I hired this company to paint and renovate my house after I saw their advert and they had done carpet cleaning in my house. horrible experience, unprofessional, they basically could not even fit a door or professionally paint, their boss kept asking for money and not paying his employees but using it for his own personal gains. in a nutshell, I basically gave away R24K of my hard earned money. Hire these guys if you are looking for dishonest, unprofessional and *********** company to ***** some of your hard earned money. I would give them a negative 20 out of 10. truly the worst experience of my life!
POPIA Violation and my confidentiality has been compromised, my policy is in arrears and their team basically typed an email threatening lapsing f my policy and they basically grouped and copied everyone in the same position. I am literally getting emails from their clients negotiating and others cancelling. I will be reporting the matter to all the regulatory reporting organizations. completely unprofessional and a huge compromise of my personal confidential information. I will also be suing!
Nedbank HL, I’m a new Homeowner and my experience has been turned into a nightmare by Nedbank. I was not aware that instalment is literally die from the onset even if you registered towards month end, there is no pro-rata but that is fine to cut the long story short I found myself in one month arrear on my bond. Nedbank HL collections contacted me to make an arrangement to which we agreed to settle the 1 month arrear over 3 months whilst continuing with normal instalments on my bond. The gentleman who put this arrangement in place is the most useless employee at Nedbank or Nedbank HL is choosing to ignore this fact because they went at double debited my account illegally on the 1st March 2023, completely disregarding the arrangement and frustrating me and my family to the maximum level. I’ve complained to their complaints platform, emailed, called, etc. since the 1st and all they gladly do is send me from pillar to post without any care in the world. We talking R18323,03 which I’ve demanded a refund for so I can take care of my family as I explicitly refused and made mentioned that I couldn’t afford to have double that deducted hence we settled on the 3 month arrangement but whoever was doing that clearly had no interest in servicing it he customer as there’s no trace but he did inform me all calls are recorded. I demand that refund immediately. Nedbank has had 7 days to do right which they used to ensure I was maximumly frustrated!
This rent to own model is quite misrepresented by TELJOY. 1. They talk of no credit scoring to qualify and yet decline applications based on low credit score, what is that about???? I thought affordability was the main qualifying criteria and what sets them apart from your normal credit providers but they definitely are just are another credit provider basing their entire assessment on credit scoring. why then call it RENT TO OWN. Disappointed and completely do not understand the concept of this entire organisation. it definitely isn't rent to own if I am declined based on low credit scoring. stop misleading the public!
Been spending money purchasing data for all of yesterday and this morning as I work from home and stream for my TV needs, I pay Metrofire for unlimited and uncapped connection to fibre but I have reported numerously, wasted money on airtime calling them the whole of yesterday but all I have is a reference number 83796 and nothing else. I want my money back spent on Fibre and calls to them or at least an explanation of why my broadband and service is off and why I should use my own money paying for data and calling you when I have uncapped service with you.
<p>I stay by myself in a one bedroom apartment, I do not have any lickages on my water system. My water for last month came up to R652 and this month it is R1182, I contact the racist group of people at impact meter services seeking clarity and all I got was a stinking attitude and a wastage of my resources as I spent more than 25 minutes on the call wihtout getting to any resolution. This Bendri person has made a mistake but she insists that she has not with an attitute. this impact meter services company is seriously everything that is wrong in this country. horrible service. but they keep getting richer becuase of a lack of atlernatives for consumers to choose from. BENDRI AND HER COLLEGUES ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE WORLD. </p>
