Not only paid for repair but the microwave was taken i,e, ******. This seems like a **** set up
Do Not use. Magnitron of Microwave replaced, The Microwave worked once after the replacement as technicians tested but never worked afterwards. Off to the workshop the microwave went ---- never to be heard of again. I tried phoning the technician _ he does not answer Phoned 0721405613 (office?) They will phone you back but never do.
Post op Telephonic contact is NON-existent. it is IMPOSSABLE get through.
Vox installed and updated my router. Unfortunately, after this, my second TV would not recognize my Wi-Fi. My TV recognized many Neighbours' Wi-Fi. This morning, William Viljoen, spent an hour with me on the phone and the problem was solved. I am old and deaf - I commend him for his patience, understanding and skills.
ON THE DOT , the delivery agent of the Citizen is a disaster. The holiday stop and restart is totally inefficient. Also, the accounts system - no timeous invoices.
ON THE DOT delivery agents for The Citizen Newspaper is totally inefficient. Holiday stop and restart just does not work. Phone calls are cut off and on the 4th attempt to restart the paper - It made no difference.
High Speed gas have just installed a gas hob. They were terrific. Came on time , we’re pleasant , efficient and cleaned up. Highly recommended! Thank you all.
Karibaa on line is terrible. They do not provide and are virtually uncontainable. I still await an order from December 2022. Emails are not answered and nor are telephone calls.
Lovely clothes but exchange policy is shocking. Especially at Christmas time - Melrose arch refused to exchange an item given as a gift. The item was in pristine condition.
Re Manyane Time share -818841. When my husband died, I paid the levy and informed Manyane I wished to terminate the time share. I was never told how to negotiate this. I have been given wrong advise - i.e. At one point I was told -"do not pay the levy for 3 years and that would terminate the deal. I recently went to Manyane office with my son who explained the person that dealt with this had left. Margaret communicated with First Resorts management. Manyane had clearly failed to do this in the past. I wrote to First Time resort management and explained the situation. They were unsympathetic. I am now faced with an account of over 15,000. I think this is clearly unfair and very unsympathetic to an 81-year-old. I would be happy to pay maybe 2 years of levy - But to be punished for 1) having tried to do things in a correct manner and 2) having been given wrong advise, is unfair.
