I just need to know why netcare refuses to process my refund! It's been a month! Are there any human beings working in the billings dept! I submitted all documents and none of my emails were acknowledged. Now I must act like a stalker and call different depts till I reach someone that knows their job!
I wanted to extend a warm thank you to the gentleman who assisted me today. His t shirt had Eric 2016 written on it. What a kind soul. He went over above to assist me and my hubby. Keep up the good work!!
Why say you can clean carpets when you can't! My 3 carpets came back even more filthy. What's annoying is that we took them back twice and they still failed! I assume the same thing would have happened to our designer clothes had we taken those in as well. Thank God we didn't! I suggest looking for an alternative dry cleaning company and not waste your time! A company that provides bas service in 2025 honestly needs to consider closing!
I've never seen such horrible customer service in my ENTIRE life! The way that my husband is being treated is just inhumane! His entire life has come to a halt because they are taking 2 weeks to review a simple case! Only individuals that dont have a car can treat a person like this! The last agent I spoke to is an IDIOT! Why did she do a blind transfer to the digital department. How does she work in the prestige line with such poor skills! Can someone please send me POP of the last transaction. I don't have time nor energy to call back
The afrikaans lady that answered the phone is an idiot. She refused to assist me and when I said I am a registered Dr she then transferred me to the next consultant who failed at assisting as well. Why did you apply to work in a healthcare facility if you are going to ill-treat patients over the phone? Please can you coach your staff on proper customer service cause my experience was very disheartening. Private facilities with poor customer service in 2024 really need to start taking customers seriously or consider closing business
At your earliest convenience, refrain from taking a king price policy. Rather go to their competitors. It took me 2 days to get through to the legal - Liabilities dept. Eventually when I get through their consultant was impatient with me and sighed throughout our conversation, while I was explaining my debacle. Not sure whether her grandma owns the company. Thanks for nothing! I will be telling anyone and everyone about your garbage service and rude unhelpful agents!
Can someone please assist me with my claim! It's been 2 months and my case is still being reviewed! What type of dept reviews cases for 2 months! Is your company a state facility???? I'm so disappointed! If I don't get feedback by COB I'm sending an email to the ombudsman
Writing this review for Mogomotsi Masia, who went beyond the call of duty to assist me this morning. The drive, tenacity and urgency shown while assisting me was refreshing. Going the extraile in servicing customers is a characteristic that should be possessed by all standard bank agents. I wish all agents were like Mogomotsi. Keep up the good work.
