I completed the Course, paid for my certificate, sent the proof of payment via the Apps Support Team. I haven't received any response thereafter and still NO certificate. This is a ****! I thought it would be as safe as Shaw Academy.
Avoid buying a Fitbit. My versa decided to stop sinc'ing now I'm sitting with a watch that is basically useless as it doesn't sinc to my phone. I have tried all the advise on Fitbit support page. Nothing works. Rather buy a Samsung or Garmen watch.
My husband had his Mitsubishi car key’s casing fixed at this branch. The lady who fixed the key lost the lost the chip and is now playing the blame game. Apparently we opened the key and took it out ourselves. The lady who fixed it was not at the branch yesterday when her colleagues opened the casing to see why the key does not start the car. The two guys then noticed that there was no chip in the key. Which means, the lady who fixed the key lost the chip. So they told us we must come back the next day when she is there, me already knowing this is going to be a “I don’t know” situation. So today I called the branch then one of the guys picked up and told me the lady is not there I must leave my name and number. The lady then made contact with me and was interrogating me as if I stole the chip. While I was talking to her she dropped the call in my ear. I am disgusted by this lady’s customer service and I know nothing will happen to her therefore I thought I’d just leave my review here for others to see. Avoid Barksole people!
I'm utterly disappointed by the service I just received at this store. Two of the tellers at Customer service decided to have a 15 minute long conversation while the people are queuing to be served. Only after their conversation the one lady decided to do what she's actually paid for, work. Even Jean, the teller that was helping me said he really doesn't understand why they not doing their work.
I purchased items online and I haven't received any of my items. When I call there's no answer. My emails was answered up until I gave them the proof of payment. It feels like I've been scammed.
The most pathetic service I purchased a tumble dryer online last week. I've made contact with them via mail. I tried calling them but no answer, if they do answer my call is being diverted to people that also, dont answer. I was promised someone will call me that specific day. I'm still waiting! Not once did they call to give me an update about my order. Rather stick to store purchases!
Thank you for your service today. Mr D and Uber foods does not deliver in our area and the other food chains doesn’t want to assist when you want to buy directly due to lockdown regulations. Thank you so much to one of the Pizza Hut employers for helping us when we needed something to eat tonight. Stay blessed
I have purchased R360 airtime via cellphone banking and it's nowhere to be found. I've been in contact with FNB and my service provider. My service provider is not aware of the purchase and FNB "team of bankers" that knows absolutely nothing tells me it's not on FNB's side, its Vodacom. All I want is my airtime or just reverse my money back into my account. And please train your consultants to have cell phone ethic. They should project their voices when they speak and not mumble out sentences. It is very nprofessional Pathetic service
The worst service ever. I called to make a booking Wednesday for the Friday. The lady I spoke to said she'll get back to me. I tried to get through to them the whole day today(Thursday), then my call is being dropped. I called head office, they put me through to N1. Same thing again. I haven't received any booking confirmation sms. How unprofessional can such a big company actually be?
Checkers has these new Xtra savings card However I cant even link my profile with the card so my less than 3 minutes took 30 minutes. And still nada. We've tried at 3 different stores and no one can assist.
