I've been ******* into an upgrade but Rewardsco that pretended to be Vodacom and I've been struggling more than a month as Vodacom is not assisting and I'm stuck trying to get this sorted by Rewardsco after being **** to in the first place.
TERRIBLE. ****S. ****MERS!! How do they still operate deliberately lying to make sales? I have been trying for more than a month to get an upgrade reversed that I did not request.
The staff at the George showroom is great, but everything else is a fail. The dinkng room chairs make funny noise, the chest of drawers does not close properly, ordered two loungers and o ly kne arrived that was very bad quality, and the courier they use is terrible. After sales service is non existent and the returns process is super frustrating!

ABSA decided that the Private Bankers were unnecessary and let them all go....very quietly!! Now the call centres cannot handle the amount of calls, no assistance from the branch. This is shocking and the final straw. Time to leave, sure I'm not the only one.
I have been trying to get them to take my number of their system as they have the wrong number for a person but it is impossible to contact them!!
MBD keeps on sending me sms's to pay outstanding debt but they have the wrong number as the person they are trying to reach is someone else. I have tried calling them, e-mailing them, I cannot get through and they ignore the e-mails. How to they operate??
I have been trying to get feedback on my order for weeks and I am being ignored and nobody answers the phone numbers or whatsapp messages. This is what you get for supporting a business during lockdown.
Vodacom is down when there is loadshedding. What is the use of my newly upgraded data package? I work from home and now has no internet to to my job when there is loadshedding! Impossible to speak to someone and the staff at the vodacom shop does not have any answers or solutions.
