I went to Vodacom to upgrade my phone. I made it clear to them that I only needed the phone and airtime and that I have a mobile wi-fi device that I use for data. They agreed and it actually worked out to a little less in airtime. Only 50minues, but I was okay with that. They said they would also upgrade my wi-fi contract because I was paying TOO much for data and they were running a special.. more data for less money! GREAT! I have a bill for over R100 more, after I paid them IN-STORE extra money for the new phone to be initiated. I have NOT received my AIRTIME, and I am NOT receiving invoices, after I have repeatedly asked them to E-MAIL ME THEIR INVOICES.. Only way I can see what I am being billed is by going onto their Vodapay app and kinda view it there. AND IT SAYS I owe them over R600 when I as previously paying R473 only. They refuse to reply and just ask for an laternative number to call me on!??? Riciculous. I have seen SO MANY BILLING COMPLAINTS on their site.. it sickens me!

Awefull serivice ! received my router. Sim Activated but no internet connection. Contacted support who put me hold for SO long that my airtime ran out! called again and no answer. I am guessing they have many upset clients and it would be pretty decent of them to call BACK when a call is cut off.
Tried to make. Can immediate payment via my laptop app .. NO OPTION to choose IMMEDIATE urgent payment to a service provider. Called my personal banker who suggested I dont make payment to a beneficiary but just do it as a once off payment - guess what!! STILL NO OPTION FOR IMMEDIATE PAYMENT. The story doesn't end here. Did a 'voucher'/ payment to the recipient for him to draw cash from his nearest ATM. checked and double checked the cell number was correct , I received and SMS to say the payment of the money he needs for petrol went off my account and it gave me a voucher number that I sent to the client. The voucher number DOES NOT WORK and he also banks with StdBank. My personal banker brushed me off by telling me their is NOTHING wrong with their banking apps.. ! Instead she should have put me through to IT dept to get it sorted by she said she was knocking off and maybe I should check again tomorrow. Un-frikkenbelievable !
Fender Bender Bumper accident on Friday afternoon, traffic lights not working, car not seriously damaged, tow-truck immediately there to assist and tow my car to Mi-way's assessment centre in Industria. Photos taken at the scene and after drop off. Out of the blue I get a call from a 'fixer' Nu Wagon, asking me for my claim details so that they can assess the vehicle damage. I said I was confused becoz surely if they were appointed by MiWay, they would have the details.. I called Miway who told me they would give the authorisation. Out of the blue I receive a mail from MiWay telling me it is a Code 2 write off and they will not be paying. I call Nu Wagon, who tell me the car IS with them but they are waiting for the accessors report !? I call MiWay again and they say the car is not with Nu Wagon but at A1 yard and I can hand over the keys and car papers, etc. FOR SMALL DAMAGE TO TO THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE and the RADIATOR! Asked them for the Ombudsman's details... hours later still waiting. Assesor (their own suddenly) added extras to his quotation that are not needed on the vehicle and also reported pre-existing damage to the front and righ door of my vehicle ; ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! Miway; get your ACT together please! where is the proof of my car being towed somewhere else without my permission? why did you change your mind about Nu Wagon being appointed and why is Nu Wagon now not responding to my calls after telling me my vehicle is in THEIR yard ? PROOF PROOF PROOF .. WHERE what and how and when with photos! I already have all of the photos taken at the scene and now suddenly you cannot give me the details of the tow-truck driver who took numerous photos. Who is in CAHOOTS WITH WHO.. is this simply because you are not prepared to pay R42k +/- for the damages???
I feel so exploited by this organisation ! OVERPRICED (although I must say the course material is rather intensive and extensive), but they and their partners keep spamming about more courses to sign up for and books to buy on Amazon. I requested an extension not having been able to finish on time.. although almost done.. and the extension cost for just 10 days costs more than an entire course with other reputable certified organisations that are recognised world wide. I feel SO scammed by this organisation. I am 57 years of age, without a job and juggling part time jobs with having to study inbetween.
