Very poor communication, followup and results! Garden treatments totally ineffective
VERY poor customer service from Sinovuyo from decofurnsa.co.za customer support. Flat out refused to assist me. I was treated with disrespect and "told off". I did call into the call centre to complain, where a very friendly lady assisted me within seconds. The level is disinterest shown in finding my online order by Sinovuyo is pathetic.
I regret not taking down the telephone number of the last person I spoke to from Supersonic. After countless calls, condescending attitudes, unresponsive Whatsapp support I FINALLY got to speak to the last person who assisted me. She went out of her way to help me - and just like that my line was activated. Part of the reason why this whole process was so frustrating was simply the lack of "wanting to help the customer" attitude. Please check my call logs to see who it was that I last spoke to and PLEASE reward her as a shining example of how customer service is supposed to be!!!
I have been paying my account by EFT for several years. Always on time. In fact, usually before due date. I happened to notice that on Transunion, Vodacom has listed me as 30 days overdue for April??!! That's not correct - I paid my account on time. This needs to get rectified!
Very disappointed. I've been holding off on purchasing 2 desks knowing that as per usual with Coricraft, you're in for a LONG wait before you can actual get the items you buy. Last week these desks were on special - and I decided to purchase them. On the product page it very clearly in bold letters stated "Shipped within 3 to 5 days". A week after paying in full I called to find out when these will be shipped - only to be told they don't have stoc**** Stock "should" arrive next week and only then will it be 3 to 5 days before it's shipped. So after waiting a week, to be told to wait another 2 weeks - after buying the product as stated "shipped in 3 to 5 days" I feel I've been lied to and this was advertised on the website falsely!
This complaint is on behalf of my wife. 1) I pay her account monthly by EFT. 2) I pay WELL in advance. Usually more than a week before due date. 3) I always pay MORE than what's actually due. Twice now (first in December) and now in July my payment wasn't allocated. Even though I pay in exactly the same way every single time. In December after dozens of phone calls and emails they "found" the payment and allocated it to my wife's account. HOWEVER my wife's credit record on ITC / Transunion shows "30 days late". In July, same story. I paid R400 on the 24 of June. R400 is more than double what was due and it was paid more than a week before due date. My wife gets countless phone calls, SMS's, legal letters demanding payment. And once again ITC / Transunion shows a late payment. Eventually after a MASSIVE struggle, they "found" the payment. Yet we are STILL getting phone calls (latest one this morning) demanding payment and warning of legal action. My requests are: 1) FIX the ITC records for December and July. 2) Send us a settlement amount so that I can settle and close this account. This is by far the worst customer "service" if you can even call it that I've ever experienced. It's shocking - insulting and basically sums up what's wrong with this country as a whole. Pathetic.

I just got an SMS saying "Dear MR R STEVENS, exciting news that we have updated & reopened your Edgars account. Get 40% OFF your spend of R1 900 or more and Own The Summer with your Edgars account! Use code ********** 370 to redeem." Who gives you the right to just reopen my account?!? I closed it for a reason! I don't WANT an Edgars account. I will take legal action if this account appears in ANY of my credit profiles!!
Can't reply to emails? I made payment via Walletdoc for my wife's account, like we do every month. However, so for reason (Walletdoc doesn't reply) 1 month's payment was not received by RCS. Despite several emails, with proof of payment being attached. I'm simply being IGNORED. It can't take more than a month to reply to emails!
