I had a great experience with Parrot Products on a recent order. Their technician Vusi was very professional and friendly. He installed the lockable cage amongst other items that required installation. He was very knowledgeable when I asked questions that needed clarity. He arrived on time at my client's location and did an outstanding job and sent me pictures of the job after completion which is very rare to have from a technician. I would highly recommend him and the team behind him for making this happen at such short notice. Anyone who needs quality service, I would recommend Vusi all the time. Thank you Vusi for your excellent work and making a customer happy!
We have the Proline Thinline 14" V146SH, this machine is just not worth any cent. First, the keyboard stopped working completely, then it followed by sound drivers just not working. I literally disassembled the machine and everything was still intact, this means there were no disconnections anywhere, it is just poor workmanship on their products.

Nedbank is very unstable with unknown fees charged on my business cheque account. There is money charged that I do not know about. I need explanation because I am very frustrated. R220 is a lot of money.
My sister had an account with Sportscene and unfortunately she passed away December 2018. We went to the store to enquire about the proceedings of getting that account closed and to our surprise, the Manager in Welkom (Boitumelo Junction Mall) was very cold while talking to us and didn't even show any sign of sympathy. (Not that they are supposed to but if you are working with people, you need to be kind and considerate.) The Manager told us that there's nothing she can do, the account still needs to be paid by the estate. At this point, the deceased has no estate, so my question is, will my deceased sister then wake up and pay this? Because clearly all of this does not make sense. An agreement was made with her and she is now deceased. We then received a letter from Sportscene saying the account must still be paid even when she is deceased. I am so sad to see the way we are treated initially by the Manager and now this? This account should just be written off like many other decent stores dealt with this.
Worst service ever, so disgusted by their level of service. Sent application, no correspondence, whatsoever. I thought people are making this up. They literally don't give a **** about anyone neither contact you once you have submitted your application. I'm out of words for their level of service.
I have a Business Account with Nedbank, recently there were two transactions that took close to R500 (I still want it back, won't give up!) of which I have no idea about. The bogus transactions occurred on the 30th March 2019. I called the department to help me on the 1st April 2019, they sent me some form to fill in and apparently escalated my matter and waited for a response. Yesterday (08 April 2019) , someone called me and said they will rather block the card and issue me a new one and stated that I wouldn't have to pay for this (when I wake up the following morning (09 April 2019) an amount of +-R55 has been debited!) How ridiculous, as if I am not going through the worst and you still have the audacity to debit me even though it is not my fault that bogus transactions happened in my account! I am not happy at all!
