I have has at least 3 bad experiences with Cellucity especially the Somerset West branch. The manager has no empathy, the quality of their products are so bad. I recently took out a contract with them, January 2025. A few months later the phone stats acting up. Not an issue due to me, but a factory fault. No efforts were made to try and replace the device that is under warranty still. No sympathy…nothing. Their systems never seem to work or there is always an issue. Be carful to go into business with them. I am now stuck with a new phone that has to be repaired, automatically the value and quality of the phone drops. I take pride in ensuring my phones are protected and look brand new. For a month I paid for a phone I did not have because. No compensation.
Been waiting more than a week for my order. Customer service is poor. 4 days later I got a reply and even then they did not have any answers for me. Would not recommend them
Horrible service waited more than an hour and a half. Waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged by staff.
Food was good. However this family restaurant had a group of loud and roudy people. The group was loud, swore often and made the restaurant experience pleasant. Management did not make much effort to calm down the roudy group.
I decided to visit the new Bossa, in Milnerton. The service is horrible. Waited more than an hour for our food, drinks took more than 30 minutes to arrive. The Manger apologiesd by means of give us a complimentary pizza, which was burnt and was standing on the warmer for more that 15 minutes. We refused this. I frequently visit other branches, and never experienced such bad service.
I am an account holder of 2 contracts at MTN. The one phone was a gift to someone. MTN allegedly has a 24 hour customer service line. When calling because the phone was stolen, and asking them to block it at 8pm on a Sunday, they said the department is closed. I think it is bizarre that there is 24 hour assistance with stolen phones at MTN. I call the next moring to block the phone, this was also an issue with the agent and the Manger I spoke. The agents were unhelpful. As the phone was puschased with them, but they could not block it. I strong regrette signing a contract with MTN.
My parents went to a 50th at this wine farm. Whilst enjoying the 50th. Our car that was parked in the parking lot at the estate. The car was broken into, my father's phone and wallet was taken. Thousands of rands were stolen out of bank accounts due to this. This wine farm needs to step up the security, they need to ensure the saftey of thier patrons. The farm needs to ensure that these things do not happen again. Becareful of even the beautiful wine estates. This has alleged happene before.
<p>My mother had decided to buy a jacket, which size was wrong. She had done so on her account. She had however left the slip in the bag seeing as I might have needed to exchange it. Due to me not being the account holder I do not carry the card in my person. I go to a different Mr Price and decide to exchange it for a different jacket that was about R20 more. They then refused to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>On previous occasions the money was refunded onto a gift card and the gift card was used to purchase the other item. I have done this countless times before. </p> <p> </p> <p>They refused to help me. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. Parrow Center should be ashamed of thier bad customer service. Not once was empathy shown and the store was a mess. So much for a good and strong brand like Mr Price. </p>
