Worst delivery service I placed my order using Dash,waited for their rediculous waiting time only for my order to be cancelled and when I called the call centre was told that I have to either go myself to the store to collect the items or wait for a refund that will take 3_5 days .I absolutely hated this interaction
Worst Courier service I have ever experienced, i was informed that my rain sim card would be delivered today or tomorrow only for try courier company to say Friday, I tried to explain to them that I requested time off for tomorrow even spoke to the branch manager who did not seem bothered by my concern.companies should Relook at using this company as it will impact their image
I went to placecol wonderboom around 11 on Saturday to try and get my eyelashes done and I was told they are fully booked I asked if there was space for tomorrow they said no but there is space on Monday being today at 10 I accepted although it was far I moved all my appointments so that I can make it. Around 10 I saw I was still far I called them to inform them I will be late and they said OK. Only to receive a call 15min later when I was already at the malls gate that I could not be assisted I tried to explain it to the lady that this is the only time I had and I. was already at the gate and she told me she had a client already a d will only finish at 3 abd thereafter she has another client. Is it only one lash technician in that store as I had spent my money to get to the mall and ensured that I called to inform them
I have been waiting to get a call from your agent and nothing as yet as this how you treat your customers my refund is taking over a month now
I made a payment in error on the 24th of July I have send all the required documents and till today I have not been refunded all I get is that the financial department is processing the request. I am very disappointed with the service I want to cancel my subscription
Worst service ever I have been waiting for over an hour for woolworths chicken at Sammy marks square and nobody is telling us when we can expect the chicken to be ready
I am at spur at wonderboom and I am so disappointed the staff gives good services I have to command them in that but the good was horrible,first I found hair in my food and then they "changed the food" but the chicken was off .. I am still hungry
I am here at Mac Donald's May Vickie with no queue but I have been waiting for my food for the past 20 min
I have never been so disappointed before ,I went to a placecol at wonderboom yesterday (17.09.20) to try and do my eyelashes and I arrived there around 17:00I was told by one of the staff that they cannot help me as I am late and it would take long to complete the eyelashes not being in a mood to argue I left ,I went back today around 16:40 and was also turned back stating the same reason I tried to explain to the 2. Ladies that I knock off late at work and that's the earliest I can come but I was told no I am late,for the amount of money I was willing to spend there I just feel that the service was poor
<p>I JUST HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE EXPERIENCE EVER I WENT TO A SHOPRITE U SAVE STORE IN PRETORIA CENTRAL THE ONE BY CNR ANDRIES AND PROES.THERE WERE ABOUT 8 OR 9 PEOPLE WAITING IN THE QUEUE I WAS THE 6TH PERSON AND THE QUEUE GOT LONGER AS WE WAITED,ONLY ONE CASHIER,UPON MY TURN AT THE TILL,I ASKED THE CASHIER WHERE IS YOUR MANAGER AND HE SAID HE IS OUTSIDE AS I WAS ASKING HIM A GENTLEMEN CAME TO AUTHORISE SOMETHING ON THE SYSTEM AND I ASKED THE CASHIER HOW CAN HE BE THE ONLY ONE WORKING WHEN THE QUEUE IS SO LONG WITH AN ATTITUDE HE LAUGHED AND SAID HOW CAN I ASK SUCH A QUESTION,AT THIS POINT I WAS REALLY STARTING TO GET ANNOYED AT HIS BAD ATTITUDE I THEN ASKED WHATS HIS NAME AS HE WAS NOT WEARING HIS NAME BADGE AND HE SAID WHAT DO I WANT TO DO WITH HIS NAME BY THIS TIME THE GY WHO CAME TO AUTHORISE HAD LEFT BUT HE HEARD ME ASK WHY IS THE CASHIER WORKING ALONE BUT DID NOT BOTHER TO ANSWER OR INTERVENE,I TOOK OUT MY PHONE WITH THE INTEND OF TAKING A PIC OF THE SHOP AND HE GRABBED MY PHONE FROM ME ,THREATENING ME BY SAYING DO I KNOW WHO HE IS,AM I A PHOTOGRAPHER AND HE WILL DEAL WITH ME,I DEMANDED FOR MY PHONE BACK AND HE PUSHED MY ITEMS TO THE SIDE SAYING THE LADY WHO WAS BEHIND ME SHOULD BRING HER STAFF SO THAT SHE CAN PAY AS HE WAS NOT GOING TO HELP PEOPLE WO COME TO THE STORE WITH N ATTITUDE,I WAS SO FURIOUS AND TOLD HIM TO HELP ME AND THAT HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE EXCHANGE OF WORDS WENT ON UNTIL HE FINALLY HELPED ME AND THE SECURITY GUARD CAME CLOSE TO US TO TRY AND CALM THE SITUATION DOWN,BY THIS TIME I STILL DIDNT SEE THE MANAGER NOR THE SUPERVISOR.I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS AND ASK THEM TO TELL ALL HEIR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE</p>
