I myself contacted Cartrack.. as my previous vehicle was with them as well as the company I work for. They confirmed the appointment for install to be friday 29 Nov 24 at 08:00. My wife took the day off to be at home.. but nobody pitched or even bothered to inform me they cant makes it. I then completely forgot about it the following week and by Wed the 04 Dec 24 .. I contacted them at 13:00.to find out what is happening .. the suddenly Said it is seduled for today from 10:00 till 16:00.. nobody confirmed the new date with me.. so I do not have anybody at home to assist them I Then contacted the call centre to see If I can possibly move my location to my office rather.. which I was put on thru 3x .. and holding on for 30min.. to be told I van only be assisted a week and half from now. They Took my money for something I don't have . Or never got. They need to refund.. me. It's seems they have plenty money .. don't need my business.
Service counter a bit slower than usual.. stand for 20min get to the front and get redirected to other sales counter (Thulani) to stand for another 20min.. get send back to my offices to get invoice and go back to ASAP wait 10min for sales man to return to his post and then asked to follow him and move around to bend department to collect. salesman goes back to offices and disapears .waited again 30min.. went to look for him... found him at his sales counter.. asks what happening.. he explans the order was never bended.. and is been done now. I think I am to used to Jaen Hendry brilliant service as it seems he no longer works at the Alberton Branch... I will miss his super fast service.. that is un matched by any of the current sales persons..
I Been doing my shopping at Makro for the past 10 years... without thinking of spending very large amounts..and sporting them.. however when I aplied for a credit card.. they declined me..when aqquirying it.. they explained to me that my credit score is afectied by an account that I had with RCS 10 years ago.. and was paid.. up... since then I purchased a R1000000 house and a R250000 vehicle without any hassles... So I take it that Makro does not want my business anymore and due to my influances I will make sure that family, colleges and friends are aware of this weak service from Makro...
I have recharge my phone this morning with airtime then converted it to data.. chose to recharge with 1Gig for 30days at R100.. but I received on 500megs.. how do you get charged for a 1gig and you only get 500megs... that is stealing... ou right.
<p>I viewed a vehicle on the site this morning and decided to travel from JHB to PTA to go and view it..on arrival at the gate I was met by a rude security guard that required your ID book to enter...I then proceeded to reception..who gave me a ticket whilst anwersing the phone and said that I need to wait for a sales man..t</p> <p>I then waited for 30min...asking another customer. He explained to me that I am allowed to view cars by my self .I then proceeded to looking for the advertised vehicle..after 20min with no luck I tried approaching 4 salesman with no luck. The fifth guy..directed me back to reception where I supplied the stock number straight from their site. He told me its sold ..I told him I travelled from JHB for nothing and that they need to update their website..he then told me that they sell 150 vehicles a day and there is no time for that...</p>
<p>I applied for an account via internet, after two days they replied via e-mail to submit lastest 3 months bank statements; 3 months payslip and I'd copy..which I did..I then received an sms to tell me I am approved; contacting them again they requested again all the info which was again sent via email; I then went to the eastrand mall branch ; which called them again and asked again for all the details despite the reference number; I then deside not to persude the account as its is a hassle; I then received a e-mail statement that the account is open and a account number , I then visisted the east rand mall branch on a Sunday; which they explained to me that I need to vissited the branch during offices hours; which did today; and once again the account department needs bank statements again, its seems that Ackermans can live without customers; and deem nobody important and they need to relook at their prossess as communication within their departments is extremely weak...they don't need new customers...</p>
<p>I came from Jhb and my ford ranger started to heat up on close inspection I noticed that the water pump is worn out...visited the parts department at Daly Ford Klerkdorp to purchase a new one so that I can fit it..how ever they don't have stock of the item..how can you be the agent but have no stock of an critical part...on previous occasions I couldn't even obtain a simple item like a v-belt ..Ford always cries to use genuine parts, but they can never supply you with these so-called genuine parts..I visited the Autozone in town..within 2 minuntes I was helped by very friendly staff...unbelievable...yet we continue to support such weak service...</p>
