Very Impressed with Spectacle Warehouse Hillfox. I recently got new spectacles at this branch. The frame was not right for my face. It didn't fit properly and caused my face to steam up in the heat. I went back to Spectacle Warehouse where I was assisted by Michael. He helped me to find a frame that suits my face and bridge shape. The lenses were remade to fit the new frame at no charge. I can honestly recommend this branch, and Michael really went out of his way to help me.
We are moving. We are trying to get hold of someone. No response on any platform. My account number is 63511435 The service is absolutely shocking!! How are we supposed to move to another residence when NONE of your platforms work?
Order placed on 16 September 2024. Order failed to be delivered because the courier can't find the address.. Besides providing the address, I provided a pin on google maps. I provided a cell number. Yet they still can't find it. It is a Guest House on the R64 outside Kimberley. Amazingly tourists can find it quite easily. go figure! So Takealot credits my Takealot account with the amount. This is absolutely useless to me because these items need to go to this address in Kimberley. I am in Johannesburg. My bank account needs to be credited with the amount so that I can buy the items myself and use a courier that can use google maps and a cell phone. Absolutely ridiculous. order number 160828699. I demand a refund into my account.
I have asked questions and requested documentation. Because I dare question certain things, I have now been restricted on We-Connect-U. This is against the STSMA. Any owner has a right to ask questions and to ask for documentation. It is in our own interests to make sure everything is correct. I have been labelled as a trouble maker because I ask questions. Tamsen is extremely rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. She claims I am taking on the role of a trustee by asking questions and asking for answers. I am not entitled to these answers. For example, I asked if our gardener is registered with UIF and Workman's Compensation. This is in the interest of both the gardener and the complex. If he is not registered the body corporate could be fined. But no, I am not allowed to know. I cannot speak for the rest of the company, But my experience with Status mark has been very distressing. We have put our property on the market because we cannot handle this disregard for the rights of owners and the STSMA.
We bought a Samsung Microwave from Game Westgate in August 2023. Soon after purchase the door latch started giving problems. We had to eventually slam the door hard for the microwave to actually register that the door was closed in order to work. By April 2024 it would not register that the door was closed so it would not work at all. We took it in to Game Westgate on 15 April 2024 for repairs. (Assmt/Repair 0280359950) We received the microwave back on 23 April 2024. Within a week we had to slam the door in order for it to work. By June 2024 it would not register that the door was closed again. We sent it in again on 6 June 2024 (Assmt/Repair 0280372092) To date we have not received our microwave back. There is a fault with the door latch. We cannot go on and on like this taking it in and out of repairs. We use our microwave every day. We have been without a microwave for 20 days now. I believe that Samsung continues in this cycle of taking the faulty item in for repairs continually until the warranty is up. Then they don't need to give a refund. You do realize that the way you treat customers now affects what brand they will buy next time. We demand a refund or a replacement.
Our complex has been with Status Mark for only 3 months and it is already a disaster. Incorrect billing. No answer to emails or phone calls.
Absolutely the WORST management company out there. When you want to leave because the service stinks, they do not let you go! Stay far away! They don't even deserve 1 star.

I had a work deadline due yesterday. I will sue Telkom for business lost. You also better deduct the days I have no access from. The bill. I will not pay for service not received.</p>
