Since joining home connect I have had a lot of no connectivity issues. Even before getting my application approved, it was a mission to even get any services. I an currently again with no service and logged via the app yesterday for assistance. Response times on the app are just pathetic. When I was with webafrica, I never had this issue
Good day I purchased an ebook 2 days ago. I received communication with the token number and Instructions. I did that and it stated token invalid. I emailed back and they gave me another link. Followed that and it still stated invalid. Sent back to them advising them of my username. I am not prepared to give my password is that even legit to ask for user log in details. It seems your institute gives used tokens. Not getting any response to my emails and they told me token needs to be redeemed in 7 days. If you are not goinf to help me pls refund me and I will buy from another place
Good day This is a case if fraud against vdoacom. A contracted was opened in my name fraudulently with online orders. I saw 3 debit orders go through over a month and a fraud case was opened by them. They advised no debit order will come out.niw you debit 1198 from account. Kelly Phillips was handling and did not give me any update. Vodacom is conducting fraudulently activity on people's accounts . You didn't even request for debit check for the debit order
Terrible customer service received from this dealer. Spent almost a week trying to get a deal and they kept on changing details as to what they a would offer for a demo. I had to always follow up with them. It seems as of they not interested in maing sales. Had to go to another dealer today
Good day I am registered for my BCom Honours and only hhas one module left. I have been waiting for my reaults and been waiting to see if i qualified. I have been phoning them for 2 days straight and was told that results were emailed to me. I have receives nothing.. When i escalated to student services they advise another department to advise. I have been pushed from pillar to post... I paid a lot of money for this and getting no help
Good day, I have logged a complaint this week regarding an incorrect amount taken from my account regarding payment relief. I was refunded an incorrect amount as it should have been more. I kept calling the calling and then my log was answered Nthabiseng Sibande who advised that she will give me feedback today. I followed up twice today and now she advised that she is dependant on other business. How hard is it to do a calculation. Good day, I had applied for payment relief because obviously i needed it. It was approved. the first month in sep an amount of r821.75 was to be debited but the full instalment of R3286.20was taken. I had emailed through and i was refunded. This month an amount of R5771.11 was taken instead of R1 643.50. Afetr querying yet again, i get an email that i will be refunded R3310.86. This is incorrect - i should be refunded R4132.61. I called the call centre yesterday and was told that Pearl Mothupi would call me back and yes i am still waiting. I urgently need feedback as i had budgeted according to the payment relief plan
Good day, I would like to voice my opinion about this gyane. I usually visit Netcare but needed an appointment with a gyane. I was recommened to Dr Iris Moloia at Life Carestenhoff. First, i made the appointment in advance and on the day of my appointment, the receptionist had made a mistake. She did not have me down on the said - luckily i had proof of confirmation of appointment via email so she could not deny it. Doctor came across as rude and she seemed to be in a rush. I was told to go for bloods which i did the next day. Kept checking with the doctors rooms a week later for results-mind you, i had to always follow up. Receptionist kept insisting that doctor tried calling me but i had no missed calls. The next time the receptionist told me that the doctor left a message for me - funny as there is no voice message. This was towards end May 2020 and i have yet to receive my blood results. Now i have to look for another gynae. What an absolute waste of my money and time. They are clearly looking to make money and not provide good patient care
