We went to Kia Motors on the 7th to apply for a vehicle on the 10th of March the bank approved and we had to pay R55 000 which I paid on the 11th of March everything was going well until Theunis went on leave and he handed over our application to Phindile who my husband started communicating with her on the 11th when he sent the proof of payment for the R55 000 at 7am and Phindile never responded to acknowledge the proof of payment and we decided to drive to Kia Motors to find out if the proof of payment was received and when will the car be ready. Phindile told us that the car will be ready on Saturday Phindile doesn't even see the need to communicate with my husband, we are the once that needs to contact her, yesterday which was Friday my husband got am mail from her saying she was trying to call him which he acknowledged that he was unavailable because he was in hospital This morning @ 10:26 my husband called her and she said the car is ready she is waiting for the lady who has to assist us with signing the contract as she was not at work when my husband called at 10:26, my husband sent a a whatsapp @ 11:41 asking for an update and she responded by saying the system is offline and they can't pull the contract and we called around 12:45 to ask if we can get the car and sign on Tuesday and she said she is going to talk to her manager and get back to us, now it's 5:25 and we still haven't heard from her and calling her we advised her that we needed the car ASAP as it had to go work so now we have lost 3days worth of income because of someone's lack of communication
Standard bank car insurance, They cancel the policy because they said I claim several times of which I only claimed twice and anyway an accident is an accident. They never informed me even in their document there is no portion saying the policy will be cancelled if you claim more than once. The thing is that I’ve complained about where they took my car for repair as some of my vehicle parts were removed from the vehicle and when I asked the dealer they said they will deal with the matter and came back to me but till today they never came back to me and I complained to them that the hooter is not working I was told to bring the car back on Saturday. I went to work shop they were closed when I asked them why they said I must bring the car on Saturday while knowing that they will be closed they gave me another date. Till today the hooter is not working. POLO VIVO 2015 MODLE. I think I was not supposed to complain to the bank about the service of the dealer. I am really irritated with standard bank insurance
On the 25th March I received a call around 8:50 in the morning a lady by the name of Shannen called says she is from Wesbank and I should give her my ID number, I then asked her the reason for the call as I can't just give out my ID number, she told me that she cannot disclose any information I then asked her how will I be sure if I am speaking to someone from Wesbank, the lady told me that if I cannot confirm my details I should just call Wesbank, why would call Wesbank when I don't know what's the reason for the call.... She hang up On the 26th March I called Wesbank and spoke to a team leader by the name of Xabiso who I asked if Shannen was from Wesbank, which he confirmed that she is an employee there, I then requested him listen to the call and get back to me as I didn't like the manner and tone of voice that was used by Shannen, before I hang up I asked him what was the reason for the call and he didn't know Today at 12:09 I was called by Shannen's team leader who told me that she doesn't see anything wrong with being called by a stranger and requesting my Id According to her I was supposed to give my details just like as I am aware that I have an account with Westbank With the fraud rate being so high I am highly disappointed with the level of service and luck of understanding from the consultant to the team leader as the only thing I needed is to find out the reason for the call so that is can make it a bit easy for me to trust that I am speaking to someone from Westbank Anyone can call me and tell me they from Westbank and I should provide my ID and I would be a victim of Fraud
Went to boxer store and the manager by the name of Astrid was very rude
I am really not happy with the cake i got, I ordered a cake with chocolate ganache filling how ever the filling was butter cream
It is sad to find myself writing a review in time where we suppose to be grieving my aunt went to avbob to go and claim and she will told that the claim will not be submitted unless we submit a confirmation letter from the funeral parlor . however on the signed documents of the policies it is not stated and now we need to be running up and down from soweto to town just because of a document that was not listed on the original policies that was signed
<p>I have never had such a terrible service in my life, I’ve been calling spark school From the 4 of march after I registered my daughter as there website had problems I couldn't upload my daughters registration documents, I applied for registration for spark randpark ridge.</p> <p>On Monday 26/06/2017 I got a call from Mpho who was willing to assist, however he told me that there is no space at randpark and I was every angry about that as I applied on the 4th of march, however Mpho said I can choose between Ferndale and cresta and I can give him feedback once I have decided, on Tuesday 27/06/2017 I went to home affairs to fix my daughter’s birth certificate as per my conversation with mpho, at 1:50 I called sparks school again to speak to Mpho to tell him about my decision of taking my daughter to spark Ferndale and that the birth certificate, but unfortunately he was not available, I then spoke to Nelisiwe who told me that there is no space at spark Ferndale which made me lose my mind, I requested that this is fixed as I won’t accept it, Because as it stands I am in convinced already as I applied for randpark ridge, Nelisiwe placed me on hold for a good 12mins and 38sec, as i said i wanted to speak with someone who is going to fix this problem or i will report this ti the deperment of education, the call wrapped and I called back and the call was answered By tetiwe who gave me a terrible services, i asked to speak to someone senior, she said there is no one senior, I asked for her name and surname and she rudely transferred me without even telling me that she is transferring me, so I am really disappointed at the service I got from Tetiwe and something needs to be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's also shocking me is that when I called Nelisiwe told me that ferndale doesn't have space but after I told them that I going to report them, all of the sudden there is space at ferndale and my daughter will be going to ferndale, I would like to understand why does one have to go throw all of this to enroll my daughter, spark school is one of the best, but the employees are failing us parents and the school </p>
